Neuman being portrayed as a real threat and in the top 5 strongest supes the entire series only for butcher to effortlessly rip her in half was a perfect way to show how dangerous butcher is now
That’s what I was thinking. The whole season was basically a build up of “what the hell is up with butcher” and I feel as if the scene and lead up to almost proves that butcher is strong enough to take homelander head on. But I also think the new season will have butcher become the villain with him trying to kill all supes, and probably dies from the temp virus

@@ddhb223sfyn i totally dont blame you for that, I get why there is a fatigued sentiment growing among fans, that said I was willing to give it a shot anyways, what turned me off was how weirdly melodramatic it had gotten and how the plot seemed to come to a screeching halt, also this is vague but the writing just seemed way worse, all the dialogue was really samey and it wasn't making me laugh like the first season

@@rishab0B Well what homelander does isn't justified, although he was heavily traumatized as a child which explains his behavior. Homelander is also an adult but like I said very traumatized. Ryan accidentally killed people so far and he is also in a tough situation with two men (homelander and butcher) expecting something of him. Homelander is definitely a bad influence on Ryan but so would Butcher be(which butcher said himself). It's more than black and white, if someone is doing evil there is reason behind why. Also Edgar was mad at Neuman because she drugged up her daughter and said it's a bad thing she shouldn't force upon her daughter
