----------------------------------------------------------
Last year I got word from my friend Ethan / ethan_minnie_8968 that there was an abandoned mansion about an hour from where I lived. It didn't take me very long to start making my way. As you come over the bridge you can see this large black ominous mansion. And the first thing I thought to myself why there's no way that place is abandoned. As I got closer walking in you start to see little signs broken windows lawn not taken care of broken fountain in the front all of these things confirmed what I've been told that this place was Idol. I walked around this house with amazement interesting design large property sitting on a beautiful River. But my first wasn't there other than being in to able to admire I could not gain access everything was born uptight and I am not the type of person to break in so I waited. Ethan and contact me again 6 months later and said that he had heard that there was no access I was up there that same day and sadly there was no access but the house still drew me to it I had to see what was inside.
I did do a little bit of research on this and it didn't take long for you to find out that this mansion belonged to a biker gang the Bandidos. The house had been confiscated by the government and 2012 after one of the bikers pleaded guilty to numerous crimes. It was a fight to try and get it back which failed in 2015. And it's now owned by the Crown and soon the township who will raze the house and turn the land into public space.
So while I was lying on the Beach in Jamaica few days ago I got a text from Ethan saying there is for sure access I can get in now. With in 19 hours of that message I landed in Toronto I made my way back to this mansion and lo and behold there was access.
When I first went into the house I was truly amazed at how cool this place initially felt. Immediately to my left when I entered was an indoor swimming pool opulently made with what appeared to be a waterfall in the corner it was very cool but full of sludgy water. Going back into the interior of the house I kept noticing that the choice of the decor just didn't seem to match one another and I am by no means a fashion critic so you let me know what you think. Keep in mind it was The late 80s The police during the raid had marked out each room of the house I'm guessing for investigative purposes you will see them taped around. The main staircase was awesome although I thought the entryway was a little close to the front door to have such a grand staircase again it's weird to me I thought there was just some features is to didn't belong.
It was a huge house and one thing that I did notice was 90% of the doors were heavy steel industrial doors bedrooms closets basements, exits it was almost as if somebody was ready for a gunfight in this house. And with all.of the holes punched into the walls around the whole house, i bet some have been trying to find some secret biker gang treasure lol. The basement was dark creepy and damp and full of mold and I made my way out shortly after that. Definitely signs that kids enjoyed their time here. Records also show many members of the gang came through this house.
Really this was a fun one because I had waited so long. I'd admired the outside on so many occasions. Regardless of the critiques on the inside..the wait was worth it.

Thank you for not ruining the explore by talking through it! Too many others are talking through and missing the best parts and showing their stupidity! I like your vids and have subscribed!
+Bill Carpenter great comment bill , thank you so much!!
@@DaaDeeOhAdventures ----- There're some videos littered with almost constant "Wow. This is crazy. This is Insane. Crazy. Wow. Insane. Wow. Crazy. Look at that. Insane." All talking about the place the video is about, the size of it, the layout, or whatever. Very little actual description. Makes you want to grab the guy and say, "Write out a description, without video." Imagine reading a book: "Wow. This is crazy. This is Insane. Crazy. Wow. Insane. Wow. Crazy. Look at that. Insane." Some comments might be useful: "This is what used to be the grand entrance, the stone steps leading, up through four pillars on either side, to the stone flooring front porch running the width of the 150 foot front. Three of the eight 14 foot high sandstone pillars remain standing. This room to the left used to be the library, owned by the Duke of Past. The books were saved in 1848 during the first fire, and donated to the parish. The house was repaired over the course of the next 18 months, but the books were never returned as the Duke of Past had passed away before the library shelf restoration was completed. He was stabbed through the head by one of his six wives, in a fit of fury over his cheating ways with the stable girls."
Same here, i love the peace and quiet explorations before all that talking. ;)
Fascinating footage. I looked it up and the house is actually quite young; it was only built in 1990. Unfortunately, it's been torn down; as it was too damaged from police raids to be repairable.
I can't remember how long it's been since I enjoyed a video this much. Starting with those drone scenes - this was as good as any expensive movie.
Cool video! The outside was definitely nicer, but I did like the pool and double main stairs. Loved the pond they made on the grounds. I could totally see fixing that back to a working (and weeded) pond. I've gotta say though I've never seen a mansion made out of cinder block.
Great video I always wondered what that place was like inside. You also made a news clip in my kawartha great videos. Keep them coming.
OMG YESSSSSS#!!! I've always wanted to see the inside and was so sad I wasn't going to before they tore it down in a couple days! IM SO HAPPY!!! Thank you for showing the whole place so well!
+Christie Read I'm so happy that you enjoyed it that's the whole reason I share. Won't be around much longer I hear it's going to be turned into a really nice park
Amazing, and thank you for giving some history of the house, the most important part! God bless and Happy Holidays! Thank you for staying on top of this one. Shame they will tear it down :(
Judging from the holes in the walls, this was the former residence of the Kool Aid Man
Deez Nuts the holes were from the police whom searched the mansion vigorously for cocaine as the man who owned this house was a biker who dealt mainly in cocaine.
Did something come in the mail today????????
Another amazing video! It look's like they were prepared to have a good time there, and protect it it any way necessary.
My uncle lives down the water from this place in Peterborough. Was always fascinated by it as a child when we'd go for a boat ride, looks massive from the water and I was actually expecting it to be bigger inside, was still a gorgeous home at one point.
But if im not mistaken the house was illegally built on a flood plain so the property gets flooded every spring, that would explain all the mold in the basement lol
nope the water only rises to the driveway the mold is because the police never maintained it the way they seized it and let it rot since 2008 while we were in court to try to get it back
cherie pammett, They weren’t responsible for any damages incurred due to neglect?
Enjoyed this explore lots, you obviously made more than one visit going by your change of footwear....felt very much like your wingman viewing...now that would be a cool day out, Thanks DaaDeeOh....risk & rewarded....stay safe!! great write up by the way....which i read half way through commenting....Doh! ;-)
+Abandoned UK my friend from the UK ! Good eye ! Yes 4 visits in total waiting for access here ))) over a year of waiting )) so happy you enjoyed !
Great vid! Very odd rooms and unusual choice of materials to decorate with in some of them
Now that is a mansion that has seen some crazy parties! Quite the amazing place!
No a mansion. Large home, but not a mansion.
Would have been quite the place in its hey day. Thanks for taking the risk to show us. As always......great video
Please don't tell me you're exploring this wonderful house alone. It is always good to have someone with you in case of an emergency.
Aaah! I was getting vertigo with you walking so close to the edge of that scary, sludgy, mucky pool! ; )
Great explore used too be a very nice house by the looks of it, loved it thnx.
Awesome video.. That was a nice house probly 10-20 years ago.. Those beautiful stairs reminds me of those in Grayson Manor in the TV show Revenge.. Cool find.. But be careful around black mold though like was in that basement. Get you a respirator please..
No...this house was not abandoned 10 - 20 years ago. It was ripped apart by the police to find the drugs in the walls. It was just abandoned a couple years ago. Bob Pamett...the biker boss has moved away from this city to a nearby town to espape his problems with local city police and such. I used to pick up his kid when I drove for a local taxi cab company at this mansion. This biker family has been involved in murders before...and are very dangerous.
Ya, I thought too that the grand staircase Was too Close to the front door..kinda reminded me of another abandon mansion staircase, but was a much older home by Abandon Steve...
Oh I got a story of this place! the date was about 2007, I was installing satellite dishes and we got the call to goto this place. It was occupied by the trashiest looking crazy people EVER, they used to have dog kennels with pitbulls in the living room, the garage had a cadillac in it and like 100 old pedal bikes, the bathrooms were oppulant like from scarface, the bedroom had this cracked out looking woman with all the security camera tv's still on, and stacks of cash in the corner. The guy was a maniac, we didn't want to run the dish the place was SO sketchy but he insisted, we just did it and got the hell out. The house was fascinating at the time, even partially run down, I had read that with the pammet guy in prison it was still not siezable. the place you could tell had no expense spared in its madness, the indoor pool was still in ok shape and pretty nice, but those squatter people, I think they claimed to be relatives of the pammets. I just wanted to leave but my hardcore Columbian work partner wasn't even phased by these punks, and we got that job done and out!
Kingsoupturbo
Whatever!! What a bullshit story
What? dude, its all true, not even that hard to believe. I wonder where all the 100+ bicycles went..hmmm
Kingsoupturbo not true... I lived there in 2007....
uh huh, its all history now, so many police raids later, good riddance that place is torn down
OMG! In love with the staircase! So Beautiful or used to be! Love the silent treatment. We create our own thoughts about each room and what we see! So sad to think this house has been torn down!
Great video guys. And what an amazing place. Going to watch some more of you vids keep up the good work. Come over and see us. Thanks again.
People who vandalize homes and paint on or in the building is comparable to a dog peeing on a fire hydrant!
What? Doesn't make sense you hottie
Excellent attention to detail 😎
LOVE IT!! But please get a better flashlight!!
3:39 i love the window unit a/c cut into the house
Such a beautiful building on the outside ⭐️
heh! That's funny. I can confirm that you would have had access but the property was being monitored by the company I used to work for. This place would always creep me out. We were the key holders who would respond to alarms there.Funny story. one night I responded while everything was still ongoing with the trial. At that point the house was still full of the groups possesions.. cars, everything. So security was pretty tight. The police responded as well, at about 330AM we both leave.. to having all tires on both vehicals slashed.
Derek Delong I had that alarm go off on me when I was there last September lol. Were you notified right when it went off?
yes we were lol wed get called out immediately. depending on what else was going on at the time response times would vary. We'd sometimes be just down the road and other times could be up to a an hour away! Best part was being able to get into places like that and NOT have to worry about getting caught.. come to think of it, it's the BEST urbex job you could possibly imagine !
so is working in film like i do. There are a few places i have legally been allowed in because of filming which is otherwise not for the public.. Love those kind's of jobs.. This place looks unbelievable..
LOL I was waiting for Dobermans to attacked when you stepped over the fence
Someone worked really hard to buy that land and house, sad to see it so destroyed.
Great job as always 👍🏻
+Clark Commercial & Corporate Cleaning Services, LLC Thank you for the great comment ))
yeah, drugged out girls on there backs worked really hard tubular meat sticks
Always wondered what was in there thanks for sharing
Loved the drone footage!
Thank you!! I had a little more and was think of posting as raw footage vid....
What's the name of the music darn it... It's so hauntingly beautiful. Love your content man, keep up!
That pool. Oh my gosh. I wouldn’t walk that close to it. I’d be afraid I’d fall in. Ugh. It looks like a combination of sewage, oil, mold, etc. Yuck.
Wow!! That was a great explore!! Thanks. Not at all what I expected from the outside. The grand front entrance, looked on the outside to be beautiful, Nope. Tiny foyer. horrible, ugly, cold house. Don't get me wrong, loved the explore, hated the house. Seemed they thought those doors, might have made the room a safe room, lol. but without the walls being of the same material, just made them look kind of stupid. The whole place was just mismatched & cold. I did like the pink bathroom, & the closet off if it, the kitchen pantry, & the stairs, except how close they were to the door. Bet the basement was a party place, looked like there was a bar in there at one time, bet they had some rowdy times there. 4 car garage, nice. Great explore. enjoyed it alot. Thanks again.
Very interesting to see. I honestly feel bad for whoever owned it. To lose something like that must have been devastating.
Nice drone shots!
Can you imagine a mouse getting into the walls and coming upon some forgotten drugs ?! He'd be trip-pen !
Charles Deihl right on
damnnnnn 😳
😂😂😭😭
Hahaha! Hell yeah. ☮️❤️🎸🎸🎸
I have followed you for several years now and I think this is the most trashed place you have explored. I was holding my breath when you were walking around the narrow walkway next to that cesspool of a pool. Pretty sad. Thanks for the explore.
glad you enjoyed!!!
A good explore! I'm also glad that you didn't ramble on like some other explorers do.
Nice video, thank you for sharing. But i could not help but notice there were still some outlet ,and light switch plates on.those are great places to hide money.
People punch holes in the wall to look for copper piping. Copper is worth a lot and hard to find since most houses are plumbed with PVC.
another fantastic video from my favorite person
+nikki price ahhh nikki you always make my night! Thank you )))
Almost a Rob zombie type of mansion
Would be funny if Bill mosley and sid haig poped out lol
that hole in the wall in the basement that opens up into a smaller room , dude you're not very curious , looks like a stash area
I like your video's, but do wish you would get a better light, can't see anything in the dark rooms until you are right on it.
Between 14:32-14:40 I heard someone say something. Are you alone in there? Right when you are about to walk through the door.
They knocked it down on Halloween bummed I didn't get to go inside
Very cool! I was hoping it would be closer to where I lived...nope!
URB-X-TV I say the same thing to myself sometimes !
Finally a explorer who doesn’t talk to damn much.. THANK YOU !
I'm a big fan of your videos, and this was an awesome find, but I think it's time to invest in one of those lights you attach to your camera, I see a lot of them in other explorer videos, and they are REALLY bright. Would make a huge difference in all of your videos. Keep up the good work, and I agree with Phillip Wright....time to buy some respirators!!
Hometown proud! hahaha
Very nice piece of property that it sits on
+Darlene Echols god it's priceless
It's a flood plain and floods every spring....not as nice as it looks.
My first thought on the holes in the walls were the police did those during a raid. But other people could have been looking for treasures also. Third, people do this to their own houses when it's being repossessed. It looked cheaply made to me.
What was that round thing in the front yard? And What was the white structure in the backyard? It looked kinda like a gazebo but appeared to have a pond on either side of it. Very very odd house. Also kinda surprised that there was no paved driveway for a house like this.
SarahisNifty31 it was a fountain
That BASEMENT...went on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and....ON.
Ok
Cops smashed holes in walls looking for coffee and donuts
That was one dark house! Dark presence all through, there was nothing good ever.
lol
The outside looked like a Biker might have lived there but the only thing inside that showed a sign a Biker might have lived there was the Eagle on the Ceiling painting. If the Walls could talk, I bet a lot of stuff went down in there. And those holes in the Wall are due to Copper thiefs ! Thanks for the share..
You can read the title of the video.
This had to be beautiful at one time. You can just tell, all the wallpaper and wood floors the bathrooms. One of the better places you've explored great work!!!😊
Pati Giddens thank you so much)))
This house wasn't beautiful at one point. Maybe to the naked eye they were able to pretty it up with wallpaper. But it was not just illegally built, but built cheaply. Even before this mess went down, it was ugly on the inside and not taken care of. It always looked cheap.
Jane Macmurchy do you live in the area?? It seems your statements kind of irritated. Not being mean just wondering.
you seem to know allot about my family, have we met
From my experience with Bandidos, I would say it only took one great party to leave the place in that shape! 👹
Yeah it's called a police raid.
Great video. Man that house must've stank bad. Becareful in the videos
I think you are spot on. Some things are just odd in this house. The stairwell is SO big and it is close to the front door. The placement of some of the rooms seem off. Large metal doors and cheap panelling. Were there 2 master bedrooms upstairs? His and hers? I have so many questions. Lol
Beauty in Decay Explorations lol so did I! Very few left to answer them ...
now you would not want to be living alone in this mansion durning its former glory
Wow what a shame it got like this, if only these walls could talk, Mahalo for sharing and Aloha from Big Island...
+Cherie Grant Johnson thank you so much for you kind words and for telling me where you are from !! The big island ! So great !
Aloha,Cherie
Ya, I was checking this video out. Then was reading comments..
I too live in Big Island.
Hilo side..
I like see videos like this ..
So much energy in these walls, right.
Shootz
Aloha my friend
Just looked for you on f.b. no could find...
F.B not my cup of tea.
Cool video. I have driven by that house weekly for years. The family who owned it were twisted. The son kills a guy, gets his mother to help hide the body, dad is a biker loser, daughter a freak and I think there is another son but not to sure.
Debbie Kathleen do you know them personally to talk to or are you 1 of them people who gossip because the family is diffrent
Where is this house located? I don't know if you can give the address or not - I don't know if that's permitted. My husband and I would love to check this place out though readying the other comments, I'd be rather scared, frankly.
how exactly am i a freak....your opinion of me and my family is based on what?the many social gatherings that you attended with us....or maybe all our christmas parties....no wait its all the times you came for coffee.....plz enlighten me how it is you have formed such a specific opinion of a bunch of people you never met
cherie pammett, Do you have any photos of how Beautiful the Mansion was before it was demolished?
@@cheriepammett3111 maybe not a freak but you did get charged for perjury. Secrets always kills!
Wow, they didn't miss too many spots between the studs looking for goodies buried in the wall
This house was Bob Pammett's house, I'm pretty sure.
yes it was
When your taste and wealth are inversely proportional.
Well put. That glass cube shower! Yuk.
And intricate crown moulding used for a baseboard, lol.
that place is raw
so you left a Jamaican beach to snoop around a trashed house...?
You can Google Bob pammett and read the whole story of how it all went down.. theres tons of articles about it. Theres even some replies by his daughter to some of the comments on here..! Very interesting for sure.
Yeah shes called Cherrie Pammet shes replying to everybody lol!
Couldn't have been there that long. The trails on the driveway aren't even grow in yet.
also looks like thieves done stole all the copper wiring out of this place plus the copper plumbing.
All the holes in the wall are from looters stealing the copper.
House looks like it was custom made. Odd layout. Almost as if several people helped build it and then people designed and decorated their own rooms
Belle B ya that's a good point...maybe built in sections
Holes in the walls are actually from when the police raided the house looking for drugs and he built the house with no permits or anything
what is up with canada wanting to tear down abandoned homes? this house reminds me of the addams family (in an ominous way)
Wow! What a shame.
Makes me sick to see copper thevies go in and just destroy a house.Uguly or not..That place could have been fixed back up .
That was the cops that did that... all the copper is still there.
The house was illegally built on a flood plain and is at risk every spring of flooding. The holes are not from copper thieves BTW - they are from police looking for hidden drugs.
Exactly why the house is abandoned now...it was built without a permit and to close to the river
It was knocked down Halloween
The house is like that because the cops didn't take care of it after the raid. Trust me...it didn't look at all like that before the raid. We put a lot of work into that house
16:44 as your walking up to the doorway there is a shadow that walks in the doorway from right to left. Then your shadow walks up.
I think he had a wing man
Great job!!! My only question would be in reference to the club that was allegedly involved with the property. Canada certainly does have Bandidos, but the colors in that house are not at all related to that clubs colors!!! The green windows and mint paint in some areas closely represent another very violent 1%er club called the Vagos. If you research both club colors ( vest patches ) I think you will better understand what I am saying. I believe that the Vagos are a support club for the Bandidos, but Bandidos dont support other clubs that much lol.
Great job, cool mansion!!!
renegade1644 vagos are not a support club for anyone they're a 1% club
renegade1644 Vagos are Not a support club for Bandidos. The Vagos are their own big club. The Green Nation. They themselves have support clubs.
The Vagos are concentrated in the American Southwest and Northern Mexico. This was a high profile and investigation raid back in 2008 involving Toronto based Bandidos members, in part of a larger push against 1% Motorcycle Clubs in Canada.
Most of the high ranking, wealthy members try to be as low key as possible in spite of their chosen path. Hell, he may have even let his wife decorate it.
Clubhouses are where you'll see club colors, insignia and memorabilia. That's often the case with such establishments across demographics.
Just my two cents.
The colors of the house had nothing to do with the club lol
Black mold like rust. It doesn't sleep
Was anyone else waiting for the Loch Ness monster to pop out of that filthy ass pool? Lol
I read the paper funny saying u climbed fenced lol. Careful
So doesn't this organization own the other one you did the video on too? Do you have any information on how to get hold of them? I think there's a real easy solution to guaranteeing that these houses are better maintained, and managed. Great vids! Would love to hear what else you know both this organization. Oh, and did I miss what the sales price was to the Conservancy? If so, how much was it, please?
It's a shame these beautiful places left to rot it's heart breaking.i don't understand why makes no sense.they should give these homes to people who could possibly fix them up again.
I wonder how much stuff is buried on that property
Damn, an indoor pool!
The boots you had on when you jumped over the fence where different when you where walking around the pool??
i visited this location a few times, videois from different days )
you are very brave going in that place
Any abandoned homes in Florida you can recommend to me?
hat's off, DaaDeeOh, you're not scared
I am new to the channel wow what a place and please get a respirator
At 23:00, you have stumbled into a somewhat old school grow room(s) reservoir tank and controller room. That's a think tank for multiple grow rooms in those basement rooms.
ya.....no
@@cheriepammett3111 Cherie I like u we think a lot a like 😁
MrChill156 that was just the hot water tank for the house...
With the way they did the inside looks like they used left overs from walmart. Whoever decorated it made it look like it came straight out of the trailer park. Must have bought everything with their foodstamp card.
Lol for being drug lords their taste sucked lol
Cops might have made those holes to run bore scopes in.
Awesome job.
Do we need to donate you a headlamp?
BTW, did you blockout a small square at 15:37 on the wall? I was confused by that.
+Bill Carpenter I did )
I thought the same thing, but I believe its due to light coming through the stained glass you see in the next room.
I remember that that place and story’s about it I don’t remember story he had a pool in his house
These people were living large at one point.]
The holes in the walls were made by the police when they raided the house. This home should have been knocked down years ago when they were denied building permits when the house was being built.
Bikers had there own jungle room with a waterfall
ya......no
