I don't know how you can leave the home if you I mean you can stay away as far away in the home from the appraisal you have to move them from one area to a different area it's because you can't keep them you know I mean we have a guard dog and we can't trade a dog that's 50 lb is 50 lbs you can't create them so anyway they are this is a guard dog and plus I have a hunting dog that's even bigger than that so I put them in the room and then whenever he's ready to do that it's really simple
My Garage has a new garage door. but it dont work. has to be open and closed , manually . you saying the house cant be sold until the garage door is open ? thanks
Not at all! There are still many people out there WITHOUT automatic garage door openers. It also depends on what type of financing your new buyer is getting, because if its a cash buyer or Conventional buyer, they may not even check anything with the door. However I have seen on some of my FHA transactions the appraiser check and make sure the automatic garage door has the safety feature that it won't close if something is blocking the door. This is all typically investigated further during your Buyer's Home Inspection. Good luck!
