I did my 96 yukon in Raptor liner in Blk . I wanted a thicker look so after spraying each section I went over it with a roller this made it super ruff with nappie points that dried like little needles you CANNOT RUB Against it or it WILL MAKE YOU BLEED! I Don't have to worry about Anyone sitting on it Lol! Made my shoulders Bleed many times just rubbing against my mirrors! It Will Bite You!Lol!
Great job Rush-In!!! That looks excellent! And props to the customer for an extremely well executed design plan!!! BEST LOOKING & SOUNDING ARMADA I'VE EVER SEEN!!
I raptor lined my 2006 ford ranger that I recently pre runnered and I gotta say if anyone on here is thinking about it but hesitant don't be its the best thing I've ever done
The truck came out awesome well done. I had my Ram Laramie sprayed with a bed liner from line -X ,when I picked it up asked how much they charge to do a Jeep Wrangler. They told me 3,800.00 and I was going to take all the parts off and reinstall them. Told the guy are you crazy.
As for a long term review, how has the white pigment hold up? Has there been any yellowing? What white paint did you use to tint Raptor liner: Thanks in advance.
Lol, you ain’t lying about the mess. I still have 5 year old over spray in my driveway. As far as the gun though, the cheap one it comes with does just fine even if your going for fine spray. I used high psi with that gun on a 30 gal compressor and rarely had to wait for it to catch up, but it came out awesome
Bro that's literally what I was thinking about for my Ram 1500. It's a 2000 and I know it will not only look good but it'll very unique because not too many people are on this. That shows that there's truth to that saying, "great minds think alike"
The company that did my Tray cover was in the process of spraying a 2019 mitsubishi triton in this stuff. The shop owner said the customer wanted the full car done as he is always out on country roads and was sick of stone chips...
Man you must be proud of that job, it is beautiful. I'm going to do my '89 Bronco in black, in the spring. Thought maybe the 2 tone blue it came with, still contemplating that one, doing research right now . But really great job, hope mine turns out so good.
I rolled raptor on my first car, it was really efficient. 4L all car. I sprayed it with shutz gun, on my current, similar size car. 10L raptor. But I do not recommend rolling. I takes more time and finish is questionable. Well done guys.
Great video my friend. Would you be able to give any updates on this product? My main concern is that the color will fade out over time. Also could you get close or factory paint match this product to do just the fender flares or such? Thank you for your time.
That's a badass truck!!! I have white & black Titan and now I want to do this to my truck. I can already see my next year of pay checks going bye-bye 🤣
Never heard of an armada, they look BAD ASS. The raptor line looks BADASS and you did an outSTANDING job on this video. Ive learned alot, you had a very great and profesional presentation. And I can tell you love what you do and you do it well. Military tan raptor liner is going on my s10 now im pretty sure 😎
With the spray gun that you get with the raptor liner it puts on a thicker coat unlike the Italian gun that sprayed a thin coat I have a feeling that it might get dinged and scratched easier. But that's just my opinion. Other than that looks Hella good
I used to get the same type of finish as that using Valspar $10 house paint thinned with Petrol about 40 years ago, however, at the time I was trying to get a mirror finish gloss coat! Like the paint, like the video, very interesting. Thanks. One question, how do you keep that paint finish clean? do you need to scrub it with a brush or something? Also, why did you dump that other gun? That is one hell of a bumper, pity it is a Nissan, at least the bumpers will outlast the truck by many years!
if you want to keep your origional paint in perfect condition then a wrap is the way to go. see 4x4 overland for his toyota troop carrier that he wrapped and it has stood up great and the paint is still perfect underneath. when you go to sell, rip the wrap off and the paint will still be brand new.
Turned out looking great, I watch this kinds of videos often but i am glad i came across your channel. I will definitely be watching more, also helps that you are attractive 😎
We like to spray everything with UPol #4 adhesion promoter. Thinning the spray liner per instructions gives a finer texture. I use a standard spray gun but it is destroyed by finish. Harbor Freight cheap.
Thanks for the advice for future jobs. But man this stuff is sticky. I couldn’t get it off the dusty floor where it wasn’t covered. Is the adhesion promoter even really necessary?
@@RushinGarage Rush-in Garage Anywhere you have tight areas like that tire carrier, grilles, rock sliders, body metal creases or areas hard to sand it works good. The liner has a tendency to come loose in areas. Yea, we put down a large 6 mil plastic tarp when we spray it.
Ok thanks again for the advice. This was a buddies truck so hopefully it holds up but we’ll find out once he takes it off road. But I’ll definitely use the the adhesive promotor in the future and if we have to redo anything on this armada.
Armadas are criminally underappreciated.

How many litres did you use?
You have a nice big shop that does make it nice to work in.
Love the way you pay attention to detail. Kudos bro
This thing is insane. Would definitely like more footage on this Armada.

A good man does a good job! Good video keep them coming.
That's one badass front bumper, nicest Armada I've ever seen
Yes it’s definitely a one of a kind
That's a mean looking truck with go anywhere capability and don't give a crap paint 👍🏻
Very interesting variation to the usual work that you do. The truck turned out great with the Raptor and the custom made parts. One of a kind.
Beautiful build. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars
Holy heck even before the raptor liner that armada was pretty nice.
As for a long term review, how has the white pigment hold up? Has there been any yellowing? What white paint did you use to tint Raptor liner: Thanks in advance.
That texture is PERFECT! Thats exactly the texture i want on mine. The big globs dont look very good! And that white pops!
That’s is a bad ass armada!!!
i had no idea that a armada could be cool, much less that bad ass !
nice work and creativity !
Dam that thing looks good man you did a nice job on it . Keep them coming .
Nice job
Love the scaffold movearound!
Mint, I've done raptor roll on in my bed, and I done raptor on my Bullbar external,
Really nice job guys! People may be tempted to think they can just slap it on since it’s bed liner but you showed the right way to get it done!
Lol, you ain’t lying about the mess. I still have 5 year old over spray in my driveway. As far as the gun though, the cheap one it comes with does just fine even if your going for fine spray. How does the white coating handle dirt / day to day life?
Does it trap dirt or get overly dirty quicky? How easy to clean?
Great job.
It is so interesting that you did this to your Armada, as I'm prepping to do this to my Armada. Thanks for this video.
That’s awesome! I thought this was going to be the only armada covered in raptor. Lol
Great job 👍! Thanks for sharing this.
Awesome work!
Work of art!! Nice job!
Damn that's nice that's how I want my armada to look but in gray. I like how they put a solid axle in the rear must be titan rear axle.
Well bro that looks freaking killer! Definitely liked and subscribed look forward to future videos!
I definitely get these guys to do my truck
looks good dude well done
The company that did my Tray cover was in the process of spraying a 2019 mitsubishi triton in this stuff. The shop owner said the customer wanted the full car done as he is always out on country roads and was sick of stone chips...
that rear tire carrier is from smitybilt for a jeep cherokee !
I wanna do something like that on my armada they dont make any parts for it
Nice job bruh. I'm doing white raptor liner on my ford ranger this weekend.
Very nice job
Nice, good job
awesome job man that was sick
Sweet build project!! 👍
Beautiful job guys
Great work! I was wondering how you could see white over white while painting.
Fantastic!!!!!
I hope the guy did some regearing with all of that added weight, V8 or not. Looks killer though
Yes It is regeared.
Added weight? The tires don't add that much weight....and raptor liner adds nothing.
Lmao really the Raptor won't add no more weight than a bag of sand if that
Great job ! Looks great !! Greetings from Europe
How well does it cover? Could u spray a sanded down red car, white?
Man you must be proud of that job, it is beautiful. I'm going to do my '89 Bronco in black, in the spring. Thought maybe the 2 tone blue it came with, still contemplating that one, doing research right now . But really great job, hope mine turns out so good.
I'm watching this video to get ideas for my 1990 Bronco
What white base coat did you use, I want to do my other jeep I. White because I did one in black already.
How has the White held up now that its been a few years? I'd like to do my truck white but don't want it to fade to yellow over time.
Nice rig, and great job with the raptor stuff.
I like your Videos man you make everything look simple and easy to do
Where did you get the gun to spray it smoother
Awesome job!
I never knew the xterras/armadas were that huge damn
Armada is much bigger than Xterra.
Damn that looks nice!
Brother this came out absolutely perfect!!
Btw my hat comes off to you my dude for putting Soul Desire in the video! Absolutely love their music!
Well done mate
The smoothest raptor job I've seen.
Did a great job on that
Great job!! Paint looks amazing...
Won't this white turn yellow and stain faster? Wont it look dirty all the time?
Yup, I personally would never use white liner, it’s a bitch to clean too
I rolled raptor on my first car, it was really efficient. 4L all car. I sprayed it with shutz gun, on my current, similar size car. 10L raptor.

Is there anything you two guys can't do ? Everything you do is perfect down to the last detail.👍👍🇬🇧
We can’t sew interiors!
When your doing white on white do a guide coat with black etching primer first over the entire vehicle
did you have to do two coats on the whole car? is one bottle enough to paining a hood outside only?
I'd like to see closer gaps on the bumpers but other than that, the whole rig looks awesome!
Looks awesome. Great work guys.
Looking at the finished product thats' a sweet build.
I know exactly what you mean the prep work is the hardest part of the whole project.. I did my entire 2011 F450 in Gmc white Raptor came out sweet 😎
How has the white held up to sunlight? Any fading or yellowing?
@@autofilmspecialists9361 really help nice just very hard to keep clean with all the pores
No fading still bright white just very hard to keep clean so my advice is make sure you take that into consideration when choosing the color
@@bigdawgs8367 thank you sir
Good job on TOOKEN apart the truck, will make it a MORE BETTER paint job
Yes sir! 😉
Awesome job guys!!
I cant believe Y'all didnt wear tyvek suits when you sprayed... I always get overspray in my arm hair when I dont suit up.
@Chairman of the Board brilliant!!
what was the spray gun you used
It's a beast, but most spots where I go off road would never accommodate something that big.
Preparation is key to a perfect job. Take as long as you need to. Less time spent on cleanup that way. Good job.
Any issues with part fitment due to the thickness of the bed liner?
Great video
Nice job, this is awesome! I want to do this to my Tacoma in FDE.
That white is sweet
Looks good, but I was told that white liner fades to a yellow tint within a year or two, dont know if that's true but tell me what yall think?
Awesome looks great 👍
Nice.Well done!
Awesome man
They way he sprayed it in circles really stressed me out.
Daniel Boutwell for reals. Why did he do it like that?
He thought he was welding 😂 it looks good thou

So was 12 liters for 2 coats or just one?
Awesome
So I just did a video on this same job people love the look everybody’s so positive anyhow great video
Got a link?
Which one you used? Bright white or GM white
Thanks again for excellent video.
Nice i have a ram 1500 black i’m afraid to take off road this may solve my problem keep up the good work
