whomever is the designer now for this collection has made the brand so unrecognizable it's not even funny. when I saw the 1st collection after his passing...I couldn't even tell it was ODLR. the sophistication, elegance, polish, and beauty were gone. I could instantly tell that the executives (the son-in-law namely) wanted to go after a younger customer, but I guess he didn't realize that a younger women was already wearing ODLR. the company tried to do/recreate what Gucci did in the 90s with Tom Ford, and sadly got it all wrong. they should've hired designer Adam Lippes (who learned under Oscar, the same way Oscar learned under Balenciaga) to design the collection. but hey, what do I know.

Honestly the day that fashion show happened it was destined that Karen Mulder would steal the spotlight. Naomi might still be relevant today, Linda might have been the highest paid model but that spotlight was literally stolen my Karen. Literally look at her at 15:09. How can you disagree with that?

Veronica Webb, Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelists, Louise Vyent. Some other big names: Sonia Cole, Tyra Banks, Helena Christensen, Naomi Campbell Dalma Callado, Amalia Vairelle , Iman ( many years ago). These women dominated the runaways! Yasmeen Ghauri was a top name, but I thought she was spoiled ,because she was so exotic and beautiful!

I think the other way around. I like the fact that Tyra didn't overdo her walk. This show was broken into sections to present different segments of the collection, and a lot of it required paired walking. I like how Tyra toned it down, and not try to be so individualistic. She complimented and blended quite well with the other models, looking in synch. The runway should be about advertising the clothes, and portraying the character woman of the collection. Not promoting your individual personality.
The "white privilege" thing is a bit too much but I agree Claudia was never a good walker. She basically got big because she looked like Brigitte Bardot.
