Diversity and Inclusion Apprentice Avery

Avery has been working with staff of our Children's Literature department as an intern for our Diversity and Inclusion Apprenticeship (DAIA) program, a paid, summer-long mentored experience.
For his capstone project, Avery had the opportunity to plan a program at the local YMCA which included storytime and crafts for over 60 kids.
