For me it was better than the last years even. So many small bands shined and I can hardly imagine to stop jamming this year‘s music through all of the next year

I just saw your heaviest riffs compilation from a couple of years ago on my front page and clicked on your channel to see if this year's edition was out yet. 5 minutes ago is about as fresh as it gets I guess. Talk about weird coincidences.
Thank you for including Termina! Both Translucent and Take Flight are incredible songs that I have been listening to A LOT since they came out, can't wait for more! You, Andy, and Chris are making S Tier stuff so please keep it coming

I went into this video and hoped to see Bleed from within. Was not disappointed tbh🤘🏼 And also even tho you picked your own song, no one can blame you for that, what a killer track
Awesome video. Quite surprised there was no I Prevail breakdowns from True Power on this list Nik. They had some real hard hitting heavy breakdowns on there. 🙂
I just want to point out for curious viewers the flash frame during 5:18 of Translucent says Lorna Shore- Into The Earth. You're welcome I spent quarter of an hour painstakingly replaying the frame on 0.25 speed
Bleed From Within - Levitate is just straight up the best song of the year, Lorna Shore was great, the Enterprise Earth Album was great too. Loved the Fit For an Autopsy one too. Amazing year for core music.
You clearly havent heard Tower of Glory, City of Shame off of Imperial Triumphant's new album Spirit of Ecstasy if you think Levitate is the best song this year
