If you meant the plate under the quad, it's just a rectangular piece of alum plate I bent with a shop press to match the angle of the down tubes.
1/4 carriage bolts (stainless) with fender washers and nylock nuts. Bolted to the stock plate up front and attached to the frame in the rear with galvanized conduit hangers over the frame tubes.

That was done with a bunch of Foreman parts. BKR, a member on Rinconriders, has a list of everything needed right down to the little spring on the headlight aim screw.

Thanks. That is an atvguru bumper. They aren't cheap, but the quality is impressive.

Very well done - thank you a great service to be sure. Where did you get the front bumper protection mesh front guard?

I don't know what would be involved, but I would think it would be possible.

Do you have the fluid type and capacity for the quad? I'm following your service videos while doing mine but don't have an owners manual. TIA

Oil for most climates 10W40 rated SG or higher, 3.1 quarts with filter change. If you raise the front end and are patient, you can get quite a bit more to drain. Axles state 80W Hypoid oil. GL5 is the rating you would see on oil intended for hypoid gears. Personally I use Redline 75-90 synthetic. 2.6 oz rear, 5.9 oz front. Brake fluid is Dot 4. Coolant is traditional ethylene glycol 50/50 mix. 2.1 quarts, plus 1/2 quart for the overflow bottle. I'd use a motorcycle specific coolant that does not have silicate (abrasive) corrosion protection. If you are using premixed/ready to use, I'd avoid flushing the system with water as quite a bit will remain in the nooks and crannies, and you would end up with less than 50/50.

Ok. You write a script for him and redo the video. Sounds very knowledgeable.
