This woman is clearly over the top but it’s rooted in truth. I had a teach like this in high school that was always trying to get the black students to hang out with each other, because that’s what she thought black people should do.
There's more internal differences that can be inferred from a community. Teacher goes for the most stereotypical, Chris tells the audience how his family's actually affected in low, but honest, income housing
My colleague was like this. Another Black woman had just started at the company and was telling us about her husband and baby and the White coworker asked, with serious astonishment: "Wait, you're married? To who? Your baby daddy?" 🙃😕
What makes her realistic is she isn't even doing it on purpose, this is just what happens when you all suddenly clash with a culture and people you have no idea how to deal with, you try to make them comfortable but just end up being offensive by thinking stereotype is the culture, she isn't bad, she is honestly ignorant.

In high school we had an English teacher who was teaching about Langston Hughes and she singled out the one black student in class to read the poems out loud. She then asked him to "read it blacker" while he was reading them.
