In 2020 i completed my 12th standard , on the time 570 marks also got govt college... 650 above means general also got govt college... If you score above 650 reserved candidates get any college in tamilnadu you will get .... Sir I don't know what is the problem today.... So many got above 700 and even 720 students all of them didn't get AIIMS delhi.. does it organic competition or artificial saturation for MBBS course

Years u know that weekly two to thrice duty day which u have to wake. Up more than forty hours atleast per duty day ....many pg students got heart attack during work pressure and suicide having pressure even now cardiologist of age 33 died in bathroom during heart attack students because huge work load many got suicide many in depression they regrets but after finishing pg u will settle by age of 28 29 30 ...but ur creativity intelligence matters less here while diagnosis only u should have intelligence that to evidence based ....before ur using intelligence....results will come ...but hard work matters everything here is facts based u have to follow who protocol like a robo....but main important significant is after finishing pg u will settle if ru re joining in big hospital again senior have every rights....if u have to very independent famous atleast u have to get age forty and that's mainly due to ur hardwork and passion if u have intense passion u will go through this easily don't worry but many passionate students regrets so many ....what I am trying to tell this nothing is more important than our mental health dear each and every life is countable has it's own significance ...each and every job has it's own significance dear ....am mbbs doctor in my age u re putting this much hardwork u can finish pg and u will because scientist....even pgs after getting this much struggle entering into seat they are scolded for the very small mistake due to sleep deprivation....u re incapable they will reduce ur self confidence further but we don't care ...am school topper ...am not that much competitive but my teachers always used u re really more intelligent u have to be a topper always encouraged a lot ....but in college not only no one got encouraged from teacher they always demand huge portion is very high...but they scold everyone in every college.....my friend got pg seat through mci in CMC that more worth than MMC this is outer talks but inside yeah rare case will comeu will get more expertise...but before that she got memory loss problem gastric ulcer got weight loss because there double admission day she is sleeping for just three hrs a day in duty she should awake more than 72 hours because double duty day... because of that even though she is learning more because hypoglycemia hypercapnic no sleep oxidative stress u know memory loss she got in very early age.....gh better ....but in gh only one very great topper of my colleague got in Salem gh og seat she got scolded by the senior like neethan ethuku intha seat edutha unaku lam yar kudutha since she studied in karpaga vinayaga but she is very great topper her cut off 197 /200 nd she is topper of all topper very intelligent for simple serial number mistake because of sleep deprivation ....there aremany such examples these girls having very huge patience and self confidence.... sometimes they broke out I motivate them ... don't listen to them u re intelligent people...they got reduced self confidence....but in other job even u don't finish degree they will recognise ur ability skill u can show ur individuality intelligence even in young age ...here very high portion finishing portion itself u will get older sick then only u have to follow WHO protocol....real satisfaction is after finishing all this u will become independent doctor one day that patients smile is great satisfaction that is really worth ...but that too even in era most of the people very selfish in society roasting doctor like hell ....but I have seen directly patients they are very good .....so in other job u have work for corporates without any goal like a robo .... Don't worry dear u will get ninety nine percent don't worry dear now seats and all increased .....if suppose not please don't feel many mbbs passionate students after joining mbbs they regrets so many times am a mbbs doctor....job satisfaction self satisfaction is high ....but work load portions many pg students attempted suicide even while mbbs final yr because of portions each nd every student will have suicide tendency in final yr exams so many hardwork but no recognition after finishing mbbs if u re in other non medico others will recognise ur talent even many mbbs doctor treat as a clerk even senior having just forty thousand salary only ....but job satisfaction high actually in training u will harrass by many works but as well patients giving feedback will satisfy you ....but while working as junior doctor is worser than clerk ....u have to compulsorily pass neet pg that more worser than neet UG because portion is very high but once u enter u will trained to study very work hard u will get used to that don't worry ....what am telling every job every department has it's own significance ....after entering pg pg training three. Years u know that weekly two to thrice duty day which u have to wake. Up more than forty hours atleast per duty day ....many pg students got heart attack during work pressure and suicide having pressure even now cardiologist of age 33 died in bathroom during heart attack students because huge work load many got suicide many in depression they regrets but after finishing pg u will settle by age of 28 29 30 ...but ur creativity intelligence matters less here while diagnosis only u should have intelligence that to evidence based ....before ur using intelligence....results will come ...but hard work matters everything here is facts based u have to follow who protocol like a robo....but main important significant is after finishing pg u will settle if ru re joining in big hospital again senior have every rights....if u have to very independent famous atleast u have to get age forty and that's mainly due to ur hardwork and passion if u have intense passion u will go through this easily don't worry but many passionate students regrets so many ....what I am trying to tell this nothing is more important than our mental health dear each and every life is countable has it's own significance ...each and every job has it's own significance dear ....am mbbs doctor in my age u re putting this much hardwork u can finish pg and u will because scientist....even pgs after getting this much struggle entering into seat they are scolded for the very small mistake due to sleep deprivation....u re incapable they will reduce ur self confidence further but we don't care ...am school topper ...am not that much competitive but my teachers always used u re really more intelligent u have to be a topper always encouraged a lot ....but in college not only no one got encouraged from teacher they always demand huge portion is very high...but they scold everyone in every college.....my friend got pg seat through mci in CMC that more worth than MMC this is outer talks but inside yeah rare case will comeu will get more expertise...but before that she got memory loss problem gastric ulcer got weight loss because there double admission day she is sleeping for just three hrs a day in duty she should awake more than 72 hours because double duty day... because of that even though she is learning more because hypoglycemia hypercapnic no sleep oxidative stress u know memory loss she got in very early age.....gh better ....but in gh only one very great topper of my colleague got in Salem gh og seat she got scolded by the senior like neethan ethuku intha seat edutha unaku lam yar kudutha since she studied in karpaga vinayaga but she is very great topper her cut off 197 /200 nd she is topper of all topper very intelligent for simple serial number mistake because of sleep deprivation ....there aremany such examples these girls having very huge patience and self confidence.... sometimes they broke out I motivate them ... don't listen to them u re intelligent people...they got reduced self confidence....but in other job even u don't finish degree they will recognise ur ability skill u can show ur individuality intelligence even in young age ...here very high portion finishing portion itself u will get older sick then only u have to follow WHO protocol....real satisfaction is after finishing all this u will become independent doctor one day that patients smile is great satisfaction that is really worth ...but that too even in era most of the people very selfish in society roasting doctor like hell ....but I have seen directly patients they are very good .....so in other job u have work for corporates without any goal like a robo .... Government is ok but maximum in private job... But here u can work patients ....but in other job u can live a normal life ...bu in this job u can live u r life after thirty ....but before that every of CRRI training students will have ulcer I a life time hemorrhoids hematuria hematochesia every in our life time nd oxidative stress prone for every disease etc ....but u should have enormous confidence on u u have enormous passionate about this profession this is worth ....u should always have positive mind passionate it's really worth... definitely u will get seat if u got seat ....u re the most demanding challenging person u should be proud and happy....if not u should feel more happy u re allowed to live ur life full in other many department like scientist engineer etc many profession are there u can show ur talent creativity intelligence and intur job not always independent or that u can choose but many trap in Cooperate don't do that ....but u can rule urself u don't have to sacrifice so much but in every department struggle passion interest every thing is there atleast u can sleep eat thrice a day in other filed so everything has positive and negative work for passion definitely u got ....if not make it as passion work for it u will get topper and achieve one day don't worry everything has positive and negative...
