Please make a video for replacing the reciprocator and other common repairs. For this reason alone, it is almost worth just getting a Tajima. It is so easy to find support and information, manuals, etc for the other brands of machines online, and its terrifying to think once you buy one of these machines, you're stuck waiting on a tech during a pandemic for something you could learn.

Hi, please advice.
If the machine cannot read the usb memory stick in the machine, even though is 1GB, what could be the cause of this and how can go about solving this problem? Desparatly need help its been 2 months now.
