Making Lamington macarons

It is a Lamington macaron recipe coated with vanilla butter cream, strawberry jam filling, dark chocolate, and coconut powder
*Macaron shell Ingredients (Macaron shells 24-26 ea)
Almond powder 92g
Sugar powder 80g
Egg white 66g
Sugar 60g

Room temperature butter 150g
Egg yolk 45g
Milk 65g
Sugar 30g
Vanilla Bean 1/2
Vanilla extract 2g
Little bit of salt
Dark chocolate 70g + dark coated chocolate 70g
Cocoa powder
*Oven temperature (Refer to oven: Wiswell oven)
165 degrees 20 minutes warm-up
Bake at 160 degrees 13 minutes
(The temperature varies slightly from oven to oven, so adjust to the oven temperature you)
