綺麗やから、ずっとみれる。
보울에다 열을 가해서 조리를 하는건 안좋지 않나요? 보울에 그을려진 탄 찌꺼기가 음식물로 들어갈수도 있구요. 그리고 카라멜 같은 뜨거운 필링을 만들자마자 넣으시면 냉장고 온도가 갑자기 확 올라서 안에 내용물이 빨리 상합니다. 식품제조업 하시면 기본적인 것들인데 시간에 쫒기면 그냥들 냉장고에서 식히시더라구요

I’ve never had a macaroon but now I want to try one 👀
Macaroons really depends on how its made!! Gelato Macaroons from Sams club are sooo mom (cake like w/gelato), others have an awesome sweet flavored cream inside and some have a really nasty taste to it too ... this hear looks hellla bomb!!! anything with heavy whipping cream mixed in, is mostly BOMB!!!
I've never had them either and I'd like to try them as well. I live in a small town so I'm not sure you can even get them around here but next time I see them I'll have to try them. And thanks Trinity O for explain what they taste like. Hopefully when I get the chance to try them I don't get the ones that taste nasty lol

How did he weight the almond flour, with the same batch of meringue. 😭 Such a pro. I really wanna learn those techniques..
After you put the bowl of meringue on the scale, zero it out (Tare) then start putting your almond flour in! You can do this with all your ingredients with different recipes (cakes, cookies, sauces, etc), but start with your lightest ingredients first as it may not register if you add them last (baking soda and salt before flour and sugar). Happy Baking!
