I won't say nothing about Solar scooters, because Solar isn't scooter manufacturer... The only thing is Solar is the steaker!!😉 But i admire them, because without NOTHING!! Solar scooter reach to USA...!!!🤤 This means they have very good marketing team..!!!👏🏼👏🏼
Nice specs, hoping the mid range is also tubeless tires? Higher end looks nice too, but I always worry about any alarm on a scooter or ebike as somebody commuting and bringing my vehicle into the office I don't want some issue where it just goes off accidentally hitting a button or something. Or an electronics error that it just keeps going off (happened to a coworker on a cheaper ebike and had to go help him cut the horn wire and remove the battery)
I’ve got the FF lite fingerprint version what a machine! I don’t use the alarm so I’ve unplugged it from the deck. But there is actually a separate switch for the battery on this model. If you have that pressed out, the alarm will not be set off as the whole battery is turned off.
@@alwsquestion nice! Tubes tires or tubeless? My city tends to street sweep into the bike lanes so broken glass and detritus is awful on tubes. I can't go more than a week without a flat on tubes tires before getting a flat
@@g00fysmiley I got the tubeless one, it’s better for max speed. I’ve put some stans tubeless tire sealant in it. Hasn’t had any puncture yet after 500miles 🤞I believe the off-road ones are tubed. I don’t personally like tubes, they get popped way too easy.

@@smoxesss Hey Movado, your comment on legalities in the UK is correct. E-Scooters in the are only legal on private roads which is truly backdated and a lot us in the UK are hoping it’s going to be changed very soon. Hence, the UK trading standards conducts inspections on nearly all E-Scooter in the UK including our scooters. These tests range from checking the electricals such as battery, charger to other safety components such as the chassis. They must be compliant with the high standards the UK has enforced. To be absolutely clear Solar has PASSED all these tests for battery, charger, build quality and general quality without any issues. Frankly we are very happy these tests are conducted as they give a peace of mind to us as well as consumers. (Tests are expensive, so the UK government is doing us a favour🙂 ). Regarding your question about the scooter being banned that is false, there was a report which stated that going 40mph would cause the scooter to jump. Bear in mind, the scooter tested has square wave controller and was in launch mode. Any inexperienced rider at high speed can experience speed wobble. Not to mention the scooter did not go through a full PDI check, the handlebar might need to be tightened, the tyre pressure might need to be topped up. And these can all result in speed wobble. This report was replied and clarified officially by our team on the FB group. Rest assured, all our scooters go through PDI checks prior to dispatching to our customers and really and truly speed wobble was not a commonplace issue with our scooters.

Def looking forward to the E1 review. Was considering picking that one up among other light commuters during Black Friday, but there just weren't enough in-depth reviews on it to make me feel comfortable pulling the trigger on it so I ended up getting something else.
With the iron-Air sadly, everything is already assembled... Except for the tron-Deck light that came partially off during hard breaking, so may need to switch to the solar
thanks for the review you did say you was going to do a review and you did .... the FF 2.0 72v is awesome hope you get to review that one as well . the FF lite is awesome as well

I now have a scooter with 2 charge slots (60v 28AH) and I really don’t want to haul around 2 chargers when I’m going 20 miles to an appointment and back, I’d rather use the fast charger and let it rip 5AH for an hour or two before I head back Edit: hahahaha the manufacturer extended the warranty on my battery and asked me to report back to them and it should be fine
