I’m across the pond here in the states. I have a 2021 S580 and my seats are super soft. You mentioned the Maybach’s seats are three times softer. It’s just amazing how these cars are made. Keep up the great work with your reviews mate.

What is absolute amazingly crazy is the fact that the pattern on the cushion is matched with the seat, when the cushion is upright in the seat 22:10 That's a crazy level of detail.

I think they should do the double MM batch. Its a smal detail but it can make a lot of clients buy it instead of a S klasse.. it makes it a bit more diffrent and special
I slightly disagree I would rather have the maybach emblem rather than the Mercedes star on that maybach it’s almost like it bmw would have put their badge on the phantom and then just written phantom on the side of the car that’s who I feel about that one they should restore the emblem back
Most people would never even consider a bright red on a non sports car these days. But this color looks amazing ok this car and compliments the white/beige leather wonderfully

Hence I always tell people never compare a 7 series to an S class, because an S class is an entry level Maybach. The s class is in a league of its own.
I always liked the 57s. It’s a good looking car. It’s a better looking car than the new iteration frankly…that 680 looks a bit naff. Colour doesn’t do it any favours. Good video though as always :)
IMO some versions of Audi virtual cockpit are still the best. Resolution and contrast, easy interface, and the satellite map view is amazing. Unfortunately, some models seem to have different versions.

The perfect executive limousine definitely but personally I prefer the understated elegance of the British competitors. I just cannot handle all of these tablets in the front. It looks like your going behind the wheel of some high tech flight simulator . When I think of the interior of a luxury car I immediately think of lots of leather and wood, an upscale living room on wheels basically, definitely not an S-load of gizmos covered in white leather. So I guess that I am old school when it comes to my taste of the land yachts available today. Glad to see the V12 is back though.
My local MB dealer has a Maybach in stock. Very impressive, perhaps the most impressive vehicle I have seen in years. But my taste exclude a white interior, which I particularly dislike and the piano black is not on my options list either. The size of the vehicle reminds me of the American land yachts of decades ago.

Disagree. It doesnt have the presence or impressiveness. The designer probably got confused or had memory loss, sporty looks but competing in the top echelon of the luxury segment. Look at Bentley and RR and you'll know what mean.
The wheels on the red Maybach do look absolutely spot on. The interior is perfect in every sense, but that capacitance touch controls and the centre screen does not suit a luxury brand like this. A bit of a afterthought.
The one I would like to drive would be an S680 Maybach Coupe. An up to date version of the MBZ CL600. It had a V12 also. (2004 ?) Now That was a super deluxe gran turismo for the autobahn and for long distance cruising in the USA.
I guess this blends into traffic easier than a RR, being less flashy and recognizable, which would be a huuuge selling point for me. (As if that would ever be a real life decision, hahah)
U should know, the actual reason mercedes launched Maybach was when mercedes decided upon a luxury saloon to take on the likes of RR as a separate luxury brand, A customer clinic was conducted, in which they confessed that " have reluctance buying a luxury saloon from the makers of A class and smart cars, so they preferred a distinct branding, hence born maybach brand... And I think mercedes stopped customer clinics after that😂

Maybach, when I sit inside it, I feel like I'm in Disneyland or a night club with annoying lighting. Why don't you put lights on the seat belts, as they are the only ones that don't light up?

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like if I am spending this much money for a car, you shouldn't need to park it next to the much cheaper (by 1/3) S Class to compare and contrast the differences - I do appreciate the understated nature of the car but eh... I have seen a few around town, and one in particular was being pulled up at a restaurant I happened to be at and was waiting for my car... I was with my parents who are looking at a S class or 7 series, and my Mom commented on the car... I looked at it and took a closer look to discover it was a newer Maybach. It was black, which I don't think is the best colour (two town being nicer) and it just looked like any other S class really. There is never a question when a Rolls Royce pulls as to what it is. I do think there is a market for this type of car, business executives or some type of wealthy person who just would rather live in complete anonymity - I know Elizabeth Taylor had one (early model obviously) and David Geffen - but I just can't imagine spending this much on a glorified S class.

The MM S680 is the best car in the world IMO. The only negative about it is a relatively small trunk (12 cu ft). The car is built for 4 adults. How much luggage can it hold for 4 adults?!

This Mercedes maybach's are the peak of Automobile including all existing Brands. And i had the opportunity to compare them. None other can match it.
