আজ আপনাদের বাচ্চাদের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছি আরও একটা বিকেলের টিফিন রেসিপি। পুষ্টিকর খাবারের পাশাপাশি মাঝেমধ্যে কিন্তু শিশুকে মুখরোচক খাবারও দিতে হবে এতে বাচ্চাদের খাবারের প্রতি আগ্রহ বাড়ে। তাই আজ এমন একটা রেসিপি নিয়ে এসেছি যার পুষ্টিগুণ ও আছে আর মুখরোচকও। রেসিপিটার নাম হল চিঁড়ের কাটলেট। পুষ্টি ও মুখরোচক এই খাবারের স্বাদ আমি নিশ্চিত আপনার বাচ্চা ভালো লাগবে।

যে কোন বিস্কুটের গুড়ো দিলে হবে
না এটা টোস্ট বিস্কুট বা ডাইজেস্টিভ বিস্কুট এর গুঁড়ো দিয়ে করতে হবে। এছাড়া এইটা biscuit crumbs বলে মার্কেটেও কিনতে পাওয়া যায়।
