And never forget, the Poe is biased. Mumbo has a Gold and Iron Permit, both in one, and eventough his goldshop complied to the regulations, his iron shop got torn down. But Grian has the Prismarine Permit, and does not care about stocking Dark Prismarine, wich is also a fixxed part of one Permit.
You should used it against them, to divide them, would tottally weaken them

also surprised that Grian is flying completely under the radar for your propaganda blitz - he may have been demoted, but he's still the main face of the permit office!

Jev! The whole shopping district is running on the honor system, despite the permits. I say - introduce pure chaos into the chests of the shopping district! Change one shop content with another, moving items between shops. Place random items in chests. Destroy all their order - nobody will know
You should get Cleo next after Etho, they're already messing with the poe(though they might need some incentive to join you)

I personally enjoy the permits. However it needs to be better since not every hermit is committed to playing and supplying their shops. The Poe Poe should enforce this sooner creating duplicate permits if a shop is out of stock for 2 weeks. Like hypno, iskall, stress being quite inactive
That definitely seems like a good point to make in the argument for duplicate permits because while there are valid, real-world reasons for why certain hermits might not be on, it doesn’t mean those who are active should be deprived of easy access to various materials from the shopping district.
Iskall and Stress aren't "inactive." They "don't play on the server anymore." We're past the first few months, they aren't coming back. They only show up at the beginning of a season to remind people they exist before quitting again. This is a pattern they have had for a while now. If someone isn't on the server for a third of a year, you can pretty much count on them staying away.
@@ImminDragon damn, if that's the case, it kind of sucks since that would mean they've left a number of perpetually incomplete builds to permanently blight the appearances of both "The Neighborhood" and "The Shopping District."

to save leather, perhaps you could supplement your campaign by renaming items with short anti-POE phrases and depositing them in stores' chests for other hermits to find while shopping

I've played Mech Arena for years now, and man, you are really going to want to watch the fine print on that agreement. Maybe look into the companies who own the owners. If you feel safe with it, then all power to you, it is a fine PTW game, right up there with War Robots.
You need 3 sales permits for each shop. And 2 agricultural/farming permits for farms. Get big business really rolling. Shop owners have to get goods from farmers, you can only farm if you have the permit for it.
