Hello. Thank you for reaching out. When it comes to cleaning, a good rule of thumb is to disinfect humidifier parts at least once a week. You may need to clean humidifier filter, tank and base more frequently if you see a build-up of deposits or grime.

Hello. Thank you for your interest in Philips products, please do not put any substance other than water in the water tank. Do not add fragrance or chemical substance into the water. Use only water (tap, purified, mineral, any sort of potable water).

I have tried many humidifiers from different brands before and they all were good compared to Philips humidifier. I got Philips after seeing an online ad but unfortunately it's totally useless. It does nothing at all!

لا يرطب ، ياخسارة الفلوس ، مجرد مروحة وماء ، لايوجد اي بخار يخرج مع الجهاز ، مجرد هواء خفيف جدا جدا لايذكر ، نفس تقنية المكيف الصحراوي لكن على خفيف ، لم اجد منه أي فائدة
