      good to know....always make sure to avoid gray pants...the slight tint of black absorbs the sunlight and that's adding extra weight to yourself...the radiation also making you weaker and cause dehydration thus making you tired faster than the blue pants which reflect the light

      6 pull ups and 10 dips

      10 pull UPS ( currenly can do 0 but I'm almost there )
      50 push UPS in a Row ( I'm at 30 atm )
      10s l-sit ( can do 2s )
      10 pistol squats with my right leg ( currently I'm at 3 )
      AND 15 dips ( I'm at 6 )
      Those áre my goals THIS year i hope i could atleast do 3/5

      Front lever and maybe HSPU. I've been grinding pike pushups for months and I'd like to see some strength progress.

      Lmao at these rainbows and unicorns guys. You will never get back to your former strength levels. Just be glad you didn't completely fuck up your body with your carelessness, some people never get a fresh start

      this was true for me. i stopped working out for 7 years, and at 40 picked it up again. i was back to my previous PRs in like a month, and got bigger than i've ever been in under a year.

    Thank you for this, this is awesome! I feel so recognized, like I earned myself a medal for being beginners level 🎉 because it's exactly those moves that I'm currently integrating into my day-to-day life! I see/have set so many opportunities to practise them (e.g. linking actions like doing 3 pull-ups when I pass a certain door frame, doing 10 pushups before I open a game on my phone or using it while in a deep squat or doing L-sits when I'm standing up from a chair with arms) and I feel like they come kinda intuitively to me now!
    I feel motivated to add dips and handstands to it! 😊

    Negative pull ups were absolutely crucial in my early days of training, even if you can do 2-3 pull ups adding a few negatives can give a little extra volume. Its actually weird how many people argue against them or just dont mention them

    I can do these:
    Around 30 pushups
    Around 10 pull ups if im on a good energy level
    10s of L sit
    5 dips(my shoulders are really weak)
    Dont have the perfect balance for handstand and im not sure where to start on it
    40s squat hold is easy for me
    So which exercises should i do regularly to improve?

    For my students… both men and women, they seem to progress better with incline pushups.
    I’m not sure why that is but it is going very well as we work our way to the floor!

    What should I do if I can do 10 pullups that are quite explosive and to the chest or 5 weighted with 10kg but only litter higher than to the chin? Should I focus on adding weight/reps or pulling up bodyweight but even higher, to the belly?

    I can't do the deep squat hold with my heels on the ground. I guess it has to do with the achilles tendon. Anyone have ideas for exercises and stretches?

      Only a little bit if you practice both evenly and if you do clean push ups. For an average person the Push Up to Dip Ratio is about 2:1

      ​@@ienjoyapples how is it a joke? I qm working out for almost 2 years. I do 15 elevated DEEP pike push ups, 80 dips and 69 😂 pull ups in a workout. I used to do 160 push ups in a workout.

      @@bleyd__ Oh, well in that case 90 pullups per workout is definitely beginner. 90 per set is intermediate. Advanced is 900 per set. /s

      What's a sugar hold? :D
      btw it's not really random, sure the goals are not all equally hard but they are also not too far from each other. If you can do 10 CLEAN Push Ups ..5 Dips are not far away if you practice both evenly. The same counts for Pull Ups. An average Push Up to Pull Up Ratio is 3:1.
