good to know....always make sure to avoid gray pants...the slight tint of black absorbs the sunlight and that's adding extra weight to yourself...the radiation also making you weaker and cause dehydration thus making you tired faster than the blue pants which reflect the light
10 pull UPS ( currenly can do 0 but I'm almost there ) 50 push UPS in a Row ( I'm at 30 atm ) 10s l-sit ( can do 2s ) 10 pistol squats with my right leg ( currently I'm at 3 ) AND 15 dips ( I'm at 6 ) Those áre my goals THIS year i hope i could atleast do 3/5
Lmao at these rainbows and unicorns guys. You will never get back to your former strength levels. Just be glad you didn't completely fuck up your body with your carelessness, some people never get a fresh start
@@childobliterator8133 this was true for me. i stopped working out for 7 years, and at 40 picked it up again. i was back to my previous PRs in like a month, and got bigger than i've ever been in under a year.
Thank you for this, this is awesome! I feel so recognized, like I earned myself a medal for being beginners level 🎉 because it's exactly those moves that I'm currently integrating into my day-to-day life! I see/have set so many opportunities to practise them (e.g. linking actions like doing 3 pull-ups when I pass a certain door frame, doing 10 pushups before I open a game on my phone or using it while in a deep squat or doing L-sits when I'm standing up from a chair with arms) and I feel like they come kinda intuitively to me now! I feel motivated to add dips and handstands to it! 😊
Negative pull ups were absolutely crucial in my early days of training, even if you can do 2-3 pull ups adding a few negatives can give a little extra volume. Its actually weird how many people argue against them or just dont mention them
I can do these: Around 30 pushups Around 10 pull ups if im on a good energy level 10s of L sit 5 dips(my shoulders are really weak) Dont have the perfect balance for handstand and im not sure where to start on it 40s squat hold is easy for me So which exercises should i do regularly to improve?
For my students… both men and women, they seem to progress better with incline pushups. I’m not sure why that is but it is going very well as we work our way to the floor!
What should I do if I can do 10 pullups that are quite explosive and to the chest or 5 weighted with 10kg but only litter higher than to the chin? Should I focus on adding weight/reps or pulling up bodyweight but even higher, to the belly?
I can't do the deep squat hold with my heels on the ground. I guess it has to do with the achilles tendon. Anyone have ideas for exercises and stretches?
Hey man good stuff, would you be interested in collabing and doing a calisthenics challenge? Who can do the most muscle ups, pull-ups, or handstand push-ups in an hour? We can both get a cool video from it too! Let me know!
I'm not a beginner. At all. So why I can do 10 weighted pull ups with 10kg, but I can't hold any second the wall handstand ? That's at least avdvanced level
That s not for beginners, that will only get them frustrated which leads to them quitting the trial. Teach how to train for their FIRST pullup ever 🤷♀️
@@ienjoyapples how is it a joke? I qm working out for almost 2 years. I do 15 elevated DEEP pike push ups, 80 dips and 69 😂 pull ups in a workout. I used to do 160 push ups in a workout.
What's a sugar hold? :D btw it's not really random, sure the goals are not all equally hard but they are also not too far from each other. If you can do 10 CLEAN Push Ups ..5 Dips are not far away if you practice both evenly. The same counts for Pull Ups. An average Push Up to Pull Up Ratio is 3:1.
Noticed that he couldn't do a pull up when he was wearing the gray pants?
Don't forget: Always wear the blue power pants when working out😉
Fr they always work

Thank you 😊 I am bulking from low of 31kg got 35- 36 kg built a six pack and now swing across ring. Taking off. Beating anorexia.

What are your Calisthenics Goals for 2024?
6 pull ups and 10 dips
+40 kgs weighted pull-up and 1 freestanding HSPU
10 pull UPS ( currenly can do 0 but I'm almost there )
50 push UPS in a Row ( I'm at 30 atm )
10s l-sit ( can do 2s )
10 pistol squats with my right leg ( currently I'm at 3 )
AND 15 dips ( I'm at 6 )
Those áre my goals THIS year i hope i could atleast do 3/5
Switch to weighted callisthenics after my cut
Front lever and maybe HSPU. I've been grinding pike pushups for months and I'd like to see some strength progress.
Was Between Intermediate To Advanced But Got Injured 😢
Now Again A Beginner
A beginner with experience and knowledge 😊
and muscle memory bro remember you didnt start again from scratch u will grow muscle faster to your previous point
any muscle you lost will come back faster because you’ve already trained before : )

Around 30 pushups
Around 10 pull ups if im on a good energy level
10s of L sit
5 dips(my shoulders are really weak)
Dont have the perfect balance for handstand and im not sure where to start on it
40s squat hold is easy for me
So which exercises should i do regularly to improve?

Nice
El Egg, Can you do a followup video for ppl that can do these beginner things you have mentioned? Ty
Genial, ya no soy un principiante
Can you make a tutorial on reverse planche
Nice alternatives
did my first muscle up today. in the middle of their “intermediate” program atm

Do negatives work? I actually can't do even a single pull up. But can do 3/4 negatives. Will it work if I continue negatives?
Do a one arm muscle up
I've mastered all of these basically
Ill try. I can do the pushups but idk about the rest. 0 pullups for sure.
We're Indians squat hold is just a game😎
Can just do 3 pull ups. When I was 16, I could do 15 dips, now I can barely do 1. Great vid as always.
i coulld do 0 at 16 now i can do 1 at 17
Not related... Hearing his voice directly makes me chill and happy
What about goals for intermediate?
I'm already able to do that🙂
can do all of these except dips, I'm weak at them
Where can I get those blue shorts, I really can't pass the beginner stage... please help!!!.....
And if we are there? Where's part two please 🙏 🥺
Whatdo i so if i used to do 10 pillups half a year ago then got down to doing 5 clean pullups
Gray pants 😢
Blue pants 💪
Damn ur German accent is nuts.. schön!
How about home workout?
I can't do the deep squat hold with my heels on the ground. I guess it has to do with the achilles tendon. Anyone have ideas for exercises and stretches?
I do 27 push ups but 0 pull ups
I can do the pushups squat hold and handstand but i didnt try the tucked L sit yet and i cant do the other things
Hey man good stuff, would you be interested in collabing and doing a calisthenics challenge? Who can do the most muscle ups, pull-ups, or handstand push-ups in an hour? We can both get a cool video from it too! Let me know!
I'm there. What's next?
Dips is much harder than pull up for me😵
Wtf
you probably weight too much
14 years old 36 push ups and 10pull ups is good?😊
Can you do the same for intermediate? I guess I’m not a beginner anymore haha
man i can ddo 40 pushups but 0 pullup
I can't even do 2 pull ups without struggling
Seem like I'm far away from a beginner. Lol. I can't do 5 push up without struggling 😂
i cant hold i tuck l sit but i once had a deep squat competition with a friend and i last 6 minutes before he quit
If dont have a band?use a towel
I used to do 40 but now I can only do 20 now my goal is to 70 by the end of this year
What about advanced level?
I guess I'm intermediate then can do all those things already
I can do more than everything here but i cant do a single pullup 😔
Turns out he is the one that was talking all along
When he got into handstand position, do you think the video was reversed?
No just sped up
I can do all of them but not in best form so, more training required
My push strength is way above my pull lol. I’m like 100kg and can’t do a single pull up while I can do dips and 15 clean push ups
I feel like 3 Pull-Ups is so much more difficult than 10 pushups or 5 dips
I basically mastered all of them pullups? Yeh but it's hard to rep when you weight about 180 pounds
Done what's next
4 hours squat 2 dips 😂
Bro I can do 25 pushups 6 pullups 15sec frog stand and elbow lever and 30 dips
I can do 10 dips at ease and 20 push ups but I can't do 2 pull ups
I can do 25 push ups but i cant do a single pull up nor dip
Are these like for pre-school children?
Wait is it just me or are L-sits way harder than the rest of these exercises?
Edit: Noticed that the goal was tucked l-sits
3 pull ups are not the same as 10 push ups certainly?
Ez as fuck
everything is targeted for beginners or experts. i'm in the awkward middle
It easy more than i thought :? I was thought at least 10 pull up and 30 push up is beginner goal :/
0:00
I'm not a beginner. At all. So why I can do 10 weighted pull ups with 10kg, but I can't hold any second the wall handstand ? That's at least avdvanced level
Does he talk???
5 dips are harder then 10 push ups
Only a little bit if you practice both evenly and if you do clean push ups. For an average person the Push Up to Dip Ratio is about 2:1
That s not for beginners, that will only get them frustrated which leads to them quitting the trial. Teach how to train for their FIRST pullup ever 🤷♀️
It says beginner goals.
Your mobility workout is a waste of money
I do 45 dips 60 push-up 90 pullups in a workout like 6/7 days a week is that intermediate?
I can't tell if this is a joke or a lie.
@@ienjoyapples how is it a joke? I qm working out for almost 2 years. I do 15 elevated DEEP pike push ups, 80 dips and 69 😂 pull ups in a workout. I used to do 160 push ups in a workout.
@@ienjoyapplesits not in 1 set, its whole workout
In whole week😅
@@bleyd__ Oh, well in that case 90 pullups per workout is definitely beginner. 90 per set is intermediate. Advanced is 900 per set. /s
The goals seems very random
10 pushups and sugar hold? Compared to the full range dips and pull ups that's nothing.
What's a sugar hold? :D
