We had this dinner 2night! But with a garden salad 🥗 instead of baked potatoes 🥔! It was delicious 😋!! I have been doing Brussel spouts all wrong Hahaha. I do cut off some of the bottom core and wash them to get off the dirt. I use melted butter, garlic, salt 🧂 and pepper and some soy sauce and grill them in foil packs. So delicious 😋!! Its a must try recipe imp! I will start cutting my spouts from now on. They do take a while to cook when they are not cut into halves. I 💙 NewYork strip! Temp: Med-well

Medium-rare is the way to go. And same with reverse-sear. Perfect done-ness + being able to walk away from the kitchen and let the food cook without worry.
Loved the Brussel sprouts Recipe For people who don’t eat pork or looking for an alternative the beef bacon will really get you right, I have no missed regular bacon since I tried the beef just a little more expensive and a little harder to get.

Fiya AF. When I learned reverse sear a couple years ago, I ditched everything else...unless the misses bought herself a lil skinny 1/2" thick steak. Then it's just quick sear in the BI skillet. I'm stealing the brussel recipe fa sho. Thx my man.

Will try the brussel sprouts that way. I eat waxy potatoes to cut down on the starch. Will go ahead and cook my steak well done and it will be fork tender. It boggles my mind how so few know how to make fork tender well done meat.
Pork police here, I grew up eating beef bacon and it is rare where I live. I typically use it in my fried cabbage. I actually made beef bacon brussel sprouts for Thanksgiving because I was over collards 😂!
