Just want to share my experience with Hermes wash scarf. For cleaning I have been using the washing machine delicate setting and the Laundress detergent (Delicate Wash) from a company in New York. The wash scarf was also protected by the laundry bag inside the machine. The result was satisfying as the scarf feels and smells good when the cleaning process was done.
I only have 2 wash scarves but they are very comfortable to wear. I have had the tie come undone without noticing twice so I try to remember to check occasionally but I love having them. I heard the rumor that this is the last season for wash but if that happens I'm sure it will come back someday! Thank you for the closer view of some beautiful designs - I want to shop now!
Thanks for your comments, Barbette! The texture alone sounds so lovely 🥰 and if they’re discontinuing them, definitely agreed about going in for a closer look!
Hi Maya - Do you have any experience using a product called Amodex for stain removal? I just saw a video from the company that removed a stain from an Hermes scarf.
Hi Rebecca, I’ve heard that Amodex is good for pen stains, but haven’t tried it out myself. Maybe someone from the community can chime in with their experience. Thanks for sharing!
@@cranleyplace I saw a video on the company's website that shows them getting a stain out of an Hermes scarf of all things. I'm going to give it a try.
I find some are interesting but due to the wash look, some of the colors lose it's design. Not ready to buy this type yet. However, these scarves are all beautifully made and they still can add a touch of sophistication to one's collection. I liked your explanation and your comments. Need to visit a boutique and look at them closely. I enjoyed this video very much. Thank you.

That is great to know, thanks for sharing your experience, Catherina!

Thanks so much, Martha. I hear what you’re saying and likewise think a boutique visit is in order!
What about the Big Question: What is your experience washing a wash scarf?
Great question, Marlena! Supposedly you can machine wash the H wash scarves, but I haven’t personally tried it. Hand washer here 😂
