      I've seen people reach out on community boards and finding canning buddies. Ask around to your neighbors, church friends, kids friends parents, etc... I hope you can find a canning buddy, it makes the process so much more fun.

    Is it ok to use less sugar? I think I did the water bathing correctly, but went short on sugar for the last couple batches and am worried about spoilage!

      It shouldn't spoil but the color and flavor may not be preserved for as long.
