YES, I had to cut off a clingy, Needy old friend about a week ago. She was draining my energy, and I felt like her therapist. She would make me feel guilty if I didn't call or text in 3 or 4 days. She would say she hasn't heard from me in a long time. I was exhausted.

Sooooo, I just left toxic work environment because the owner and a few female staff members talk trash about clients and ex employees. It’s such a negative vibe and I have never been down for that. It’s crazy because I’m like if the owner talks trash about everybody I know he talks bad about is also. It’s just too much and I always felt like the females that are quick to gossip with the owner wants his approval.

I have been going thru this phase the past 2 yrs. Im 31 now and I'm not even the same woman from 6 months ago. I feel more at peace and am in a place of getting to KNOW AND LOVE ME and I don't need ANYONE disturbing that. I felt this one! People are comfortable with the unhealed version of you because it gives them a one up! I had to learn that it’s ok to rewrite my story and show up as the woman I want to be. I absolutely changed. I didn’t work on bettering myself and healing from trauma to still be the same person.❤️

I initially started levelling up with the intention of elevating my family and friends too because I hate suffering in general lol. I was so shocked by the bitterness, jealousy and put downs but now I’ve let them go. I hope me triggering them so bad was kind of helpful too. A lot of people have had their issues returned to sender for inspection. Grateful for channels like Shera and Chloe.

I love this topic. I’m very introverted and have a hard time making friends. I used to think I need to change myself to be more extroverted when I was younger. I used to think I needed more friends to be happy.
I finally came to the realization that not only do I not need all these friends but also I prefer my own company most of the time. I have my siblings, a few acquaintances and one best friend.
I have let a lot of people go who didn’t serve my best interests and i have no regrets. Someone people are there just to take up my time because of their own selfish need for attention they don’t intend to give.
Im no longer “looking” for friends and im not going to kiss ass for anyone to “like” me either. Great video Shera, I can definitely relate. ☺️☺️

amen! thanks for this comment. i feel the same way too. ive always been introverted and quiet/shy when meeting people- thats just how i was raised to always be quiet and just listen and im just a chill/relaxed person. then i went to a new school in hiighschool and college and i was around some really rude low level/jealous people who had reeally LOUD personalities who would try to make me feel insecure by going "why are you so quiet?? why are you so shy?? why dont you go out more??" and im liike im not someone that needs to be around people 24/7?? whaat is so wrong with me just chillin? it was so annoying how much it bothered people that i wasnt LOUD and extroverted!

I got rid of women that were haters and I realized they didn't want the best for me .I am good with a few women who have similar goals.
I don't have any friends either, haven't since 19. I find that if ur average basic b* living square life, they all have friends but the more independent, in this mindset, the more alone we are.
I wish I seen this when younger, I held onto abandonment/trauma for years. Now close to my 30s I've realise I def put too much effort on finding friends, getting rejected, to the point I changed myself to have friends, which isn't the real me. I turned into a basic pickme girl to fit in, I gave up the lifestyle I wanted in my 20s even tho I loved making money. I'm 28 now, broke and really regret my youth wasted, just to make family and friends happy.

Even the closest friend you THOUGHT you had can present sudden change or rather it becomes hard to ignore who they show you they are or what they feel towards you and/or your progression over time. Some women simply have that effect on people in ANY environment so in fact, being alone becomes the norm. I'm speaking from experience. I'd say just continue focusing on YOU...self-preservation and self-progression because only FEW would be able to relate to the same experiences as your own.

Very true. It’s been lonely but my life is improving dramatically, but I’m human and in those peaceful moments I wonder what if I had a squad of positive uplifting women around me. Plus I have a vivid third eye so the women I envision become real and suddenly I’m overwhelmed and snap back to reality happy that I’m a loner lol. A lot of friends seem ideal but they will never not come with their own problems and irrational feelings so there’s that.
I've had the same thoughts a couple months back as I've dropped alot of friends in the last 3 years due to no longer being compatible. Though its been a lonely ride, my life has improved, tremendously. Unfortunately it's been difficult meeting like minded women as im a bit fearful at times of getting too close to women who aren't on same wave legnth and fear jealousy and negative energy, should I disclose my lifestyle. Im glad I'm not alone on this journey and will keep my energy high to attract the right people meant for me

I'm not huge on starting small talk amongst people I don't know..so school, new jobs and etc..I will carry on a conversation but I don't continue to force it. I don't follow the crowds..I tend to stay to myself and I think people don't know how to read me at first. It can be nerve wrecking at times but I've come to accept that this is just who I am.

This is year has been a roller coaster for me. I graduated college and when I say I lost "so-called" female friends, females wanting to argue and harrassing me. This is true . A friend is a blessing. I’m guilty of being competitive towards women who are close to me, if I feel they’re dipping into my lane via taking advantage of details they have got to know about me. I hate when “friends” do that! But we’ll all be better off if we can be more careful about disrespecting and competing with our female friends. I never lose a friend or family member joyfully- as if cutting people off is a sign of success. That mindset is my pet peeve! To me it’s a sad necessity, apparently, but I save each loss to the very last straw. I’m afraid of losing my humanity-as if other people are nothing. Heaven forbid. It sucks. @@caramelali8132 I completely agree, empathy IS overused and game is underused. This mostly applies to women. Women should always be running game in life until they find someone worth letting that guard down for, but even then, never let it down too much. Always be finding ways to have things benefit you. But if it’s with someone you love and cherish, it’s ok to not be as strict with it. A good man is hard to find, so when you get one he deserves to see that softness a bit, but never too much so it makes you look weak.

Hi Sheera, can you please do a video on how we can deal with our dusty brothers. I love my brother but he’s an awful dusty. He lives with me and now that I’ve leveled up I can clearly see that he’s terrible to women. He liked me much better when I was a pickmeesha and enabled him and felt bad for him all the time. Now I’m having trouble not calling him out on his dusty behaviors and it’s hurting our relationship. I’d really appreciate your advice on this subject. How can I be a high value woman and still love him even though I can barely stand his awful mentality now. It’s very difficult and challenging. I’m assuming a lot of us ladies are going through the same problem at home.

I have a mom "friend" who thinks every one of her ex friends was jealous of her. When I blocked her she wrote me a whole rant on messenger about how awkward it is going to be now when her kids see my kids.

Everytime I make friends and tell them I plan to lose weight or make more money they try to stress me or sabatoge me. I told a girl I wanted to lose weight and she kept sending me pictures of fatty foods everyday. I just left a guy who technically had more than me but he was just very jealous of me.

I can relate in a lot of ways..also just noticing that you never mention your husband as a part of your life. We all know the story and why you married him but there was a time when you would ha e him chime in or you'd refer back to him but now , nothing. I know your girls are your world, just noticed that when you spoke on company you only referred to them, your mother and siblings but you live under the same roof with your husband. Just an observation..some of us women may end up In marriages similar because of what we're marrying for( stability) so just couldn't help but notice and possibly prepare.
