I quit social media during the lockdowns The only thing Im missing out on is anger, frustration, stress and angst I was never one to feel envious of what people posted, I know its all “curated” Rather I was constantly annoyed and disgusted by what I was seeing and reading Now Im much more at peace and not so cynical towards humanity
I was just thinking today that I think I’ve been brainwashed.
I feel like I need to use this video as a manifesto, and share it with the most amount of people I can.
It needs to be watched by everyone in this world

would love if you did a day in the life kinda style of video, also besides shortform, how else do you go about studying philosophy (im a newbie)
That's a great idea! I might actually film a video like that in the future. I would personally recommend starting by watching UA-cam videos about subjects that interest you, and then diving deeper by reading books or book summaries on sites like Shortform, depending on your preference. For instance, if you enjoy videos about Stoicism, I recommend starting with 'Meditations' by Marcus Aurelius, 'Letters from a Stoic' by Seneca, and 'Enchiridion' by Epictetus. If you're short on time, consider reading some book summaries instead. I hope this helps :)
