At 73 everyday I always remind myself
    "Go slow to go fast"
    "Breathe deep, lazer focus.
I cant believe how much my daily game of "Accomplish" works so well applying this principle
Great video glad I am not alone here

I have been traveling between two cities to work, 14hours per day for ten years, then pandemic came, I finally got to work from home, then when the pandemic is over, I didn't want to have that life anymore. I now trying to heal and living my life slowly, trying to create slow living videos here on UA-cam so that I can have the lifestyle for the rest of my life. Finally have time for my family, for home made meals and gardening.

This is one of the most beautiful content I've found on UA-cam. It is full of wisdom, very timely and relevant, and your voice is so calming. Good job! I only wish there's a script somewhere I could read or better yet write a mini ebook.

Thank you for the sarcastic reply. I don't know why some people always choose to spoil other people's day with negativity. Have you not learned anything from what you watched? Sure I won't mind paying for this beautiful piece if it's turned into an ebook. Have a good day.

I must slightly disagree with one claim here. In regard to “Amor Fati”; Joy affects us, but sorrow, particularly from loss, changes us. Joy is fleeting, loss is permanent.
Once you lose someone you’ve bonded with, you may be able to accept it, but you will never “get over it” and you will never be the same. You just learn to now live, always, with this new aspect of your existence.

Rushing is another form of going nowhere. I got that from the workbook on amz called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. In a weird way, we actually get more done and with more clarity and purpose, when we deliberately go slower.

In the fable of the tortoise and the hare . The slow thoughtful tortoise won. Fast food in Italy ! Isnt that a sin? Well it should be . Think of it a Mac burger compared to a thought about slowly prepared Canneloni with a side salad . See what I mean .
Slow living is also simple living . The Stoics say . "Live simply so others can simply live." I try my best to do this .
