Great comparison video - got a June 60 v2 and it can sound amazing with some sounds (can even make my old D20 sound competent! Ha ha!) … less so with other tones. Guess the same probably applies to the others (?) - but, alas, I don’t own any of them! Subscribed 👍
Thanks! Yes, typically I find that each chorus can sound better on some sources than others so you have to experiment. Sometimes the sound itself isn't as "chorus friendly". Out of the bunch I feel like the Astra had the broadest range when it came to creating a good chorus effect on multiple sources.
Excellent video. Absolutely excellent.
thanks very much!
Exactly what I was looking for! I think from a price, sound and flexibility point the Ola wins for me.
Thanks for putting this up.
Cool! Thanks for checking it out!

nice comparison! thanks
thanks!
I've got the Strymon Ola and love it! It sounds pretty close to the Astra in this video. Thanks for the demo!
Yeah they can sound similar at some settings but the Astra seems a little brighter to me overall. It really depends on the source you're feeding them.
