I'm so glad I saw some of your bitwig videos before I decided on what daw to get myself ;) Years ago, I was using logic for about 2-3 years and loved it, but have no mac anymore and this daw I like even more than logic! Thanks for all your guides and tutorials, really amazing stuff! The sound I do now after only 3-4 weeks of getting into it again is already better than what I did 3 years ago thanks to you and some other tuts on youtube

Nice vid and a different way on sequencing! I tried a few different sounds from Vital and added the arp to the note grid. Nice result, well as much as my 2012 Mac can handle before bounce down! :)

The counter thing. Try this. Take a counter, and trigger it manually step by step with a gate and it will count every gate of course. Now stop triggering, it stays where it is, now trigger its reset and voila, it stays on its actual value and does NOT set the counter to zero! It will stay there until the next event comes into its trigger input. This can be a problem and mess up your sequences because it will output its last value after the reset and not zero. I had this for quite some time in complex patches, where one counter was related to another until I realized, what the problem was.

Perhaps it was fixed in an update, because you can see it working as it should here in my patch :)

Do you miss Cubase? are you still returning to it or Bitwig is best for psytrance productions...
I would like to know how Virus ti2 behaves in Bitwig, with trial i listened loud/harsh sounds from ti2 everytime i press Stop (with ti2 running).
Thanks and Greetings i love your work.

Haven’t touched Cubase since making the swap, also can’t confirm anything about the virus, I don’t have one

I got a random idea 😎 how about trying to make some suomisaundi beats. It is kind of rare subgenre in the scene and would be nice to see your approach to it ✌️🔥

Great vid, I need some convincing on the random side, to me, it looks like you need one random being trigered 16 times rather tha 16 randoms. Not really understanding the concept at that stage.

1 random would result in all the steps having the same value

@@DashGlitch I tested it, you get a random value each time the dice is hit by the trigger, diffrent each time
