"Just look at that trunk" 😎🌳✂️this tree is dope broski
cheers bro, its getting nice and fat lol
Thank you for the update sir!
Cheers for watchin :)
Just amazing! The canopy and tiny leaves remind me of a giant oak or linden tree. As for those roots!!! You have remarkable self-restraint to keep from up-potting - tho' I'm pretty sure it would still out-grow in year.
Cheers Sue. i dont think its self restraint ... more limiting space haha. otherwise it would be in an absolute massive pot so it could really beef up
Nice tree, that trunk has really thickened up nicely.
Cheers :) its crazy how much it has thickened!
What a nice little tree, the trunk looks great, great work ❤
Cheers :)
Love the series ❤ keep posting
Cheers :)

Wow this cutting from Canary Island was so tiny 4 years ago and now it has grown into a mature tree . Would be cool if you could show us its mother plant from canary island .
yeah it has grown like crazy!
id love to go back and find the original tree. i cant remember where it was though. i think it was on the grounds of a hotel
Really enjoying the series. Started growing my own here in Eastern Cape South Africa because they were freely available everywhere. Only 4 months in but its already growing like crazy even through the winter. Any other African trees you might want to grow?
Cheers, i imagine it grows like a weed there which is exactly what you want. They are great trees you will have fun.
As for other African trees, i dont really know any, and im not even sure they would do well here. I have no space anyway, so maybe that is something to look into in the future
I have a question I have a bonsai tree set and I understand everything and I bought some soil but I learned that I’m supposed to use it after repotting it in the second pot /final pot which takes a while. Will my soil be good untill a year? And where can I put the soil to make sure it doesn’t dry out or anything?
Just keep it in whatever it came in , i assume a bag. it will be fine for ever. if it goes dry that isnt an issue. you can just add water when you use it
