I’ll clear it all up for those who aren’t sure of a straight pipe exhaust it will drone but it’s bearable but on the highway the sound of it is hypnotic you just keep smiling when your listening it purr around town you need to be smart about it it’s loud but manageable cops have ears just remember that as for some of the clips I’ve seen some a good the rest are just dumb if you want to know just do it
@@johnguest9881 that’s not true at all. The catalytic converter is what filters exhaust chemicals and makes your car more environmentally friendly. The muffler just redirects the sound waves so that it comes off quieter.

did you wait for the coolant temp to get to normal? i'm not sure about first gen velosters but 2nd gen will cut boost until the car is up to operating temps

2016 turbo sounds the same also I can confirm deleting the resonator does make it sound better, so if you can I would highly advise doing it 👍
