I got the Grinch the other day! and per-ordered White Christmas. Also btw, Signs and the Sixth Sense really surprised me with how good the transfers looks on my tv. In my opinion they look better than the wave of discs we got from Disney with True Lies, The Abyss, and Aliens.
White Christmas is easily one of my all-time favorite holiday films. Our family watches this, Home Alone and It's a Wonderful Life every year. Of course...I also usually watch Die Hard and Lethal Weapon on the side! 😁

I was so delighted to hear your review of White Christmas! I have been dreaming (of a White Christmas) 4K for years. I was sure that the colors in the film would look amazing in 4K. It was a definite first day pre-order for me. I also pre-ordered The Sixth Sense and received it a couple of days ago, but haven’t watched it yet. I am fearful that Disney is trying to, single-handedly increase the prices of 4K releases, especially steelbooks. I pre-ordered Alien Romulus, and I’m praying that the price will be reduced before it ships! I am happy Disney has contracted the production of their physical media to Sony, because so far Sony has been hitting it out of the ballpark!! A far cry from what Disney was doing in the past.

Some reviews had image comparisons but some only showed 4k images without showing images from the older Blu Ray release, which is why I asked if you could go back to showing old vs new images for all reviews, not just some reviews. But I also understand the extra time and effort (and cost??) it takes to do that.

My wild guess is that you probably commented without actually watching this video!!🙄🤦♂️ Also, I can only create extremely time consuming & costly image comparison review videos like this video every once in a while based on numerous factors like my schedule, the high cost involved, workload, health & the biggest one is the actual amount of support videos like this receives will drastically effect if I will be continuing to doing extra or more 4K💿 vs Blu Ray💿 image comparisons going forward because these exclusive videos take me 5 times the amount of additional work to create & if they are not supported enough then they are not feasible & I cannot justify the lengthy time & high cost to create each of them!!

@InSearchofPhysicalMedia I did indeed watch the whole thing before I commented. Some reviews had image comparisons but some only showed 4k images without showing images from the older Blu Ray release, which is why I asked if you could go back to showing old vs new images for all reviews, not just some reviews. But I also understand the extra time and effort (and cost??) it takes to do that.

😥With how much extra hard work & the toll on my health this video, along with all the added time & extra cost it took me to fully create this special comparison video & because of the lack of actual support for this unique holiday video this has overall been a pretty dang upsetting disappointment!!😥☹️😓
