@@gamerfan81 As soon as I got a game home, I chucked the box, the cartridges, kept in their little polythene bag, fitted nicely into cassette tape carriers.

Awesome collection. The N64 was one of my favourite consoles growing up. Nice to see a complete collection. Big fan of the Dreamcast and PS2 all. Those were the 3 consoles I grew up with.

This is beautiful. I really liked this console but never had the chance to have it. My uncle has it, but only got 5 games are they were expensive and ps was more spread at that time due to piracy, cheapping out games. Now I can buy stuff and i really want to make up a collection. Trying to get a NES but haven't been able to find it.
You're a real gamer, you have got something really beautiful. N64 is alongside NES and SNES as the most loved videogame consoles in history.
It's really exciting to be able to see them in the original box.

PAL boxes are so boring compared to the others
I find all the PAL boxes beautiful. especially for the SNES. It's the main reason why I picked PAL over NTSC because of all the different colors
LOL they are much better, either u are dumb as fuck or jealous. probably jealous. Especially SNES the american ones look garbage, but also the n64, the american look cheap with terrible bright red colouring everywhere.

I pieced it together on eBay, first got the game and box, then bought a manual separately.
There were other rental only games, but for some reason Sculptor's Cut is the rarest of them all in complete form.
Beautiful collection my friend. The N64 is my all time favourite console, imo home to some of the very best most influential games ever made.
Back in the day all I had was Zelda OoT, Zelda MM, Goldeneye, Diddy Kong Racing, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, & Rainbow Six. Those games made for some happy ass good times.

I found an eBay seller who sold a lot of N64 games all the time, and was willing to take the baggies aside for me. Then I paid some extra for the baggies whenever I bought games from him.
Great collection. The Nintendo 64 was one of my favorite consoles, even to this day I play it like I did when I was a kid.

I live in Japan and I often buy games here and sell on Ebay. I am finding N64 is becoming more and more rare. I decided I wanted to try and do my own collection because it's becoming more challenging finding them at good prices ;)

I do, I have 9 out of the 10 games released for it, I'll do a video once I get the last one. :)
By my counting, 392. Not including any special editions etc, but counting each noticeably different version of a game. (Like the rumble-enabled Japanese versions of Mario 64 and Wave Race, those are different games than the originals by me)

What an awesome collection and video! Takes me back to the 90s, the best decade of gaming in my opinion. SNES, N64, PlayStation and Dreamcast, so many memories.
Love the collection! I have 162 games but none of them have boxes. Someday I'll do N64 repro box art and cases for them.

Thanks for the video. I just started collecting retro games for the SNES, PSX, & N64. I am not sure which console to really focus on collecting for just yet. I am starting off collecting the games I used to play as a child, but will most likely focus on just one system in the future.

I was really glad to see this in my sub box, its almost rewarding to know that these games will be kept by a collector in great condition with their box and instructions. Its amazing how similar our opinion of games are. Sadly my original n64 and games were stolen a long time ago, but we managed to get them back shortly after and as such I own most of my games boxed to this day. Yesterday I finally found a cart of Jet Force Gemini, and after all these years of owning the box I have it complete.
There's three different version of Rampage 2, the regular one, the regular shrinkwrapped together with a T-shirt and the big boxed one, which includes a plush keychain.
Awww I had forgotten about the 1080 snowboard game, one of my favorite games of my childhood. Thanks for the reminding :)

The N-64 is my favorite console also :) Just so many fantastic games, great memories.
PAL is the european TV standard, as NTSC is for USA and Japan. Japanese games can be played on American N64 systems and vice versa, but the cartridges won't physically fit into the slot. You'd have to snap two little plastic tabs inside the machine, then the cartridges will fit and will play.
Dude, this collection i amazing. It's genuinely breathtaking. I used to have a 'sort of' collection of n64 games, but they all got thrown out a while ago. They all got thrown out because i didn't realize the worth of them because, at the time, i was only 15. Silly young me. :-(
Ocarina and Mario 64 are the obvious ones of course, but I really love Jet Force Gemini. Really underrated.
They'll definetly store their value, and will even rise in value. I don't think the N64 market has peaked yet, even though it has been in a huge lift these past few years.
My most expensive N64 game, or maybe my most expensive game all round, is the Majora's Mask Adventure Set, from the end of this video.
My favorite Nintendo 64 Games are: GoldenEye 007, Mortal Kombat 4, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Star Fox 64, Killer Instinct Gold, Doom 64, Resident Evil 2, Mission: Impossible, StarCraft 64, Xena: Warrior Princess: The Talisman of Fate, Space Station: Silicon Valley, Space Invaders, Tetrisphere, Shadow Man, 007 The World Is Not Enough, Duke Nukem 64

It is a big difference. There was a glitch that prevented you from doing a complete play thru on multiplayer. The gray cartridge fixed that so I will most likely buy it one day just for that reason

I love it. I've always been a huge N64 fan since I was 8 years old, but I just decided one year ago to start collecting games I never got the chance to play. So I'm trying to buy as many good games as possible (I already own most of the classics but I'm also looking for underrated gems). The only difference is most of my games are in loose condition, I only get the cartridge. But I'd love to have a collection like yours !

Awesome dude. I'm working on getting half the collection. i have 89 of 150 that i want. Each of my games have a manual and are in a hardcase. I still need to buy more hardcases for my games so I'm missing a few on my shelf and I stil need to print a few covers for the cases but it still looks pretty good. N64 is one of my favorite consoles to.

The total number of games for the N64 is 391 games. I have a few duplicates and special editions, hence my 422 games.

Way to go man. I am a collector but do not collect complete in box unless they are Sega Genesis and Master System games. I have 2/3 of a complete NES collection, 1/3 of a SNES collection, over 1/2 of a complete N64 collection, and have about 1/5 of a complete Genesis collection. If I went after complete games for all of those systems then I currently would not be able to store them at my apartment.
I remember finding F Zero X on Ebay, complete in box with everything including manual.... for three dollars. To this day, it is the only boxed game for the system I own, and one of the most memorable purchases I have ever made. Cant believe I got to see you finish this collection, it was quite a blast watching you build it up piece by piece!

Ebay and from other collectors. Pretty much all of the best games I bought new myself when they came out.

My copy of US Super Bowling is still mint and sealed. I honestly didn't know it was that valuable when I made the video, since I had gotten the game for maybe $50. ;)
Sculptor's Cut isn't rare as cartridge only, there are always several of them for sale on eBay. Can't call that rare.

@Aerodynamisch I know what you mean, but all the sports games were like 1-2 dollars, so they didn't cost me much. Instead, now that I do have them all, I feel the collection is more valuable than the sum of it's parts.

One thing that I noticed, you've only got one copy of WWF No Mercy. There were two versions. The first had a bug in it that meant you couldn't save your game. It was recalled and the game was rereleased with the bug fixed. The difference between the two versions can be seen in the differing barcodes. I presume the bugged game is now harder to find.

The beginning is the best time when starting collecting. :) Try to buy bigger lots for cheap, and then sell the duplicates away. You'll get the common games and sports titles fast and cheap.
There are a few games that'll give you considerable grief if trying to find complete, like Clayfighter Sculptor's Cut, but it's good to have some of these challenges as well.

Absolutely amazing collection. What I wouldn't give for that collection! I just ordered the N64 and about 8 of my old favorite games cost me about $360, well worth it.

Wow....honestly, I didn't realize how many terrific games N64 had....granted, I was only 12 when the system came out....but, there really are some AWESOME games on the system. I do have a N64 with a few great games, like Super Mario 64, Zelda Ocarina of Time, and Banjo Kazooie...
