Jesus, True God

There are a lot of theories that people have about who Jesus is. A prophet? An influential thinker? A charismatic presence? There's a million more.
There are a lot of people who believe in Jesus, but believe something false about him. For example, maybe he is not as much God as God the Father. Or, maybe he is part God, part human. Each diminishes Christ.
Scripture leaves no doubt. John 1:1-5, 14 expressly says that Jesus is God, that he is eternal, that he created all things, and that he came in the flesh. He needed to be God to save us and he was and still is.
