Road tripped from Philly to Orlando in a MME (roundtrip of ~2000 miles). No issues with EA except 2/4 chargers at consecutive locations were OOO leading to extended wait times. I sent an annoyed tweet to EA resulting in an "apology" and reimbursing the fees. Charging infrastructure still has a way to go for widespread adoption of EVs.
Yeah EA is definitely not where it needs to be to be acceptable for the general public. Since I’m kinda an “ev nerd” I knew what I was getting myself into, and had backup plans in the event none of the chargers were working or if I needed to wait an extensive amount of time for one to open up. Nonetheless, it Was a really cool adventure and I would do another road trip in the Mach e.
Hopefully receive my Mach E AWD X next week. Hope Ford charge that you can see the charging rate while in the car, I mean who wants to have to keep getting out the car to check the kw rate.
Don't drive in a puffer type jacket. It creates a barrier and reduces effectiveness of the seat belt. Hopefully you'll never need to test this ofcourse 😅.

Thankfully Ford has been listening to the feedback and has added the ability to see charging rates within the Ford Pass app
