To do the steps I did in this video, you need Canva Pro. Remember that Canva allows you a 30 day trial.
Meanwhile you can also do these steps but using a 3rd site to remove the background like for example: remove.bg and the other steps can be done in Canva free. If you have any doubts how to use remove.bg I did a video sometime ago showing how to remove background of an image using Canva pro and this site temove.bg - ua-cam.com/video/1JQVuwA9CFY/v-deo.html

Hi @waelwael1912, sorry to hear that. Have you tried with another browser? I used Firefox and worked fine. Maybe you can send a ticket to Canva Support explaining the situation so they can give you support? Take care, cheers.

That’s strange, have you tried opening canva in a different browser? What was the first step that didn’t work?

Hi, I just did the steps again and it worked for me. I used Firefox browser, did you used this browser as well? I'm asking this because for some reason when I used the Chrome browser in the past some Canva tools didn't work for me and since I work with Firefox I stopped having issues. If your problem is not the browser I would send a message to Canva Support to see if they have an answer. Meanwhile, from your message I understand that you can't remove the white background from the silhouette, correct? If that's the case I suggest 2 ways: 1st, I would go the the adjust button of the Canva BG Remover and with the brush erase the white that is there. If this is not a good option because of the shape of the silhouette, I would do the 2nd option which is downloading the Silhouette image with the white background like I mentioned in minute 1:24 in the video and upload this PNG image to a site called 'remove.bg'. In this site you can erase the white background and then upload this new image to Canva to put your photo behind the silhouette. Hope this has helped, let me know how it went. Cheers
