How does your game run that fast in late game vic3? My game runs literally a day every 5 seconds when i do a lot of trade and try to maximise my growth
Isn't it still a positive because Art Academy pops vote correctly so being able to build them (and have them actually be economically viable) is helpful for passing good laws?

@ thanks i always presumed it would just increase total demand giving more profitable goods to produce rather than replacing other goods
