This was a condensed two leg flight. We opted not to show the interim fuel stop on camera.

The taxi route at JFK would have made a nice F1 course. Fun video to watch Max. A study in contrasts between the JFK departure and the DR landing. And a "Sporty" landing at that...Nice!
Someone who flew fighter jets, still flies for a living, and makes aviation videos still watches aviation videos for fun?? This is why the aviation community is so awesome.
Premier 1 Driver Thanks Greg! Now That would be a race I would 1000% watch.
Got a kick out of 'join Bravo behind the Cessna'. I suppose at JFK the M2 the default Cessna you see but at about any other field if you called traffic a Cessna they wouldn't be looking for a biz jet.
Me too! Loved that atc instruction.
Thanks Max! The first part you missed at 29:29 was just the callout of the minute you landed. (.54 in this case). Still wondering why they do that. Not very common in the US at least.
ha, nice catch.
yeah i had to listen twice
wow thats odd
I thought air traffic control the world over was in English. Obviously, I thought wrong.
Should have shown the fuel stop too. you could have cut on the JFK taxiing...
I did the same flight, but From TFFF/FDF, and flying a C172 G1000 lol. The GA organization in DR is not bad at all.
Have you ever been recognized at an airport? My dad was fueling his R44 the other day and called me to say he met ‘the pilot guy you watch on UA-cam’ and I was freaking out... turns out it was some other UA-cam pilot that I don’t follow but I was super geekin out for a second.
That’s awesome! A few times I have and it’s a great experience. I love meeting people that watch the channel! Makes it all worth it. Thanks for watching Lori,
Love your videos, just became your 20 thousandth sub. Im about done my ppl on the SR20, you are an inspiration
Thank you very much! Congrats on almost being done with your private!
Question...Do you have any video's of full flights to view that are uncut so we can see the whole flight in action, beginning to end with all the radio frequency changes that have to be made to different states controllers, and airspace to get a since of how most full flights happen everyday across the U.S. with how these flights have to be done in order for them to take place in american airspace, showing the average workloads most aircraft, and Pilots are put through to make these flights safely happen that we see screaming across the sky's every day when looking up at them?
Dang max what are you flying for sw air with that fast taxi lol
Another great video Max, thanks for making these and inspiring me!
Max, we would love to see you on this side of the Atlantic - airports worth checking out include EIDW, EINN, EIKN, EICK
Freaking JFK - half the video is the taxi to the active.
Than why park there? You don't make sense.
I was just watching "ask captain Scott", episode "Flight Training, intro to communications",,, @ the about 17:35 mark, I think I hear 0 Mike whiskey on his radio....lol
The owner was on board? Isn’t your Dad the owner? Lol
Yes, that confused me as well!
I was totally going to ask but then I thought maybe I'm missing something...
When I work for dad professionally he isnt dad he is the boss and treated as such... In this case there could be clients on board and professionalism is a great trait to have....
@@chrisjohnson4666 No question about any of that but I'm not sure why it would limit the number of cameras. That said, it's a pleasure and a privilege to be able to ride along anyway.
@@TIO540S1 Many clients don't wanna be on social media And some people today would consider being successful enough to own your own plane to be Badd
I know this isn’t the case but it almost seems the on ground things and the radio communication is more complex than the actual flying. Great stuff! Love the videos
Yea new video
I don't understand, but even with your dad on board, you aren't able to position cameras that can cover the action at the dashboard? That's kinda the whole fun of watching, dontcha know? There's gotta be a way to give them privacy AND give your viewers some fun, too! Steveo1Kinevo does it on his famous vids, Max!
Would have thought so also.... made for a rather boring video sorry to say!!
I am your viewer for long time
I am wondering if you let me know what is the range of course no wond woth safe fuel reserve?
Thanks for videos
So I've got to ask...what happened to the vision jet? I was thinking on that being my first plane/jet, but I'd like your feedback on it. Is it worth the price? Have enough power? FL and speed good? Range good or bad? What did you like? What did you not like? Thanks in advance!
I would have liked to see something on this as well.
And another nice video boys..thanks for sharing....not only a taxi at JFK but a wonderful tour of the airport for the folks in the back...who doesn't like a nice long taxi....nobody.. :^)
Love the question: "where exactly are you landing?" :-)
What's up with the SurfaceWatch Taxiway alert when you started the roll out? The nose veered off centerline a bit, but that didn't seem like enough to trigger the alert.
Idk technology being technology! Lol but man it was windy that day
Sterile cockpit rules guys. Stick to the job and not the sight seeing.
Another great video @CitationMax.
Oh yea my home country it's beautiful
Sometimes I go back and watch the oldies
I'm so excited...
Hey that’s where I am from. #POP You’re landing at La Union Airport. Beautiful Caribbean city.
Another EPIC one ;-)
Nice flight Max, see you at FSE this Saturday
That approach into Luperon 08 is fantastic. Coming in between the mountains, little villages off the right wing coming "down the hill". Updrafts can make it interesting, but just a beautiful approach.
Max where is the base of your operations? I know it’s not here in Houston.
Hey Bill, I’m based just north of NYC KHPN
Great to hear Max , my father is from upstate NY .
Very cool, I work at the sector that feeds Santo Domingo Center over SEKAR. Thanks for sharing the video
Oh very cool! Enjoyed the arrival very professional ATC!
@@CitationMax Yup, I'll listen out for you guys on 123.77 or 126.45 when you guys leave. Keep the great videos coming
Kennedy is a nightmare
what did you guys, approach at 50 kts?
Lol nope I wish! I think it was around 105IAS
I love your videos, because they help me to practice my English. Regards
Max, Can the M2 go from Atlanta to Teterboro without at stop with 4 adults on board?
Enjoyable!
One thing I've learned about very wealthy people is they like their privacy. I get it.
Would have been much easier to just request taxi to DR.
Taxiway... thought it was going to be a Harrison Ford moment
Great video as always Max 😊
Max, I love your videos, but if I could make one suggestion, they are a bit too long. I am fully 12 minutes into this 32 minute video and we are still on the taxiway with not much to see. I think the time could be better spent with a cabin briefing of the day’s mission with some ForeFlight screenshots of The expected weather and IFR route. While I enjoy shots of the flight instruments they aren’t detailed enough to see what’s really going on as you adjust them so don’t spend a lot of time with them. Rather I enjoy the dialog in flight when there are issues to be dealt with. I think the sweet spot is 12-15 minutes for most viewers focusing on the actual takeoff and landing. Just my thoughts after watching quite a few.
Hi Gary, Thank you for your feedback! I definitely agree slightly shorter videos are better. Thanks for your comments. I appreciate it.
Yesterday was DR independence day. My man went to DR!
I thought it looked like they were making you drive there.
More cockpit action like stevo1. Let's go.
How long was this flight cuz I usually fly w/ JetBlue to MDST and it’s about 3:40 min flight
We stopped near Jacksonville before heading to MDPP! Overall was about 5hrs of flight time
My goodness that longgg taxi at JFK could be a runway, lol. Great video MAX. Maybe the "owner" will lighten up on cam placement. PFD needed lol.
I agree Mark! This wasn’t my finest video for sure.
Takeoff at 15:52
Why the was not a camera inside the cockpit
Cool video. Thanks.
Enjoyed trip like I was there with you guys.
Wow wow wow 🤩 greeting from POP
Nice little ride
Was excited to finally see another vid in the new M2, but one forward facing & outside camera just doesn't cut it. I'm sure you'll get that worked out. A camera over the left shoulder like in your last video that shows the instruments will not show the cabin and still make the video more engaging for folks watching.
Yea I apologize. I already have a solution so don’t worry we have it fixed going forward.
That's how I feel. This was missing all the fun stuff! Is there really no place to attach a camera that can view the dash and still keep his dad and company out of the picture? I find that hard to believe.
Tell you what would be great, if you used proper phraseology on your flights.
Tom Wash buy your own jet and use whatever phraseology you want lol.
Great video..dangerous place right now..
Wil Roddy it’s not how you believe, you need to come someday and you will be able to comment about Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 😃
Darn, no inside video!
Great second half, but total waste showing a bunch of taxi-ways for those first 15 mins, IMHO!
But it's JFK! And a runway is closed. Good to know they handled taxiing there well, JFK Ground is not easy. Wasn't busy at all though. Still i liked it.
T H glad you liked the second half. Sorry the first half you didn’t like
