    Are you keeping the smoker at 450 the whole time? I’m always trying to learn about smoker temp and not getting rubbery chicken wing skin.

    • @allthingsbbq
      @allthingsbbq  Рік тому

      Yes. Temp stays constant. Poultry needs ~ 325-degrees + to rend the fat and crisp the skin. At 450 the skin will be bite through, the key is to cook to the proper internal temp. Thanks for watching!

    A Challenge: Cook/prepare one of your dishes while acknowledging that none or at most little of your ridiculously over priced sponsored hardware is necessary to cook your excellent recipes. Thanks. Cheers. Oh, and suggest seasonings that are readily available without using your high end blends. Again, cheers.

      @allthingsbbq  Рік тому

      And by sponsored, you are suggesting that the companies who produce the products that we use in our videos are paying us to do so. To be clear, that is not true. We have access to any product that we choose, what we cook on, i.e., hardware, what we cook with, i.e., various flavors and such are our products of choice.
      Can you cook them on other grills, using different pans, methods, accessories, spices and such? Yes, you can. We encourage everyone who watches our channel to adapt to their cookers and flavor preferences. Our content is meant for everyone.
