It's a Banger! I made it tonight instead of Brioche used Chic Fil-a Buns. the CFA Sriracha sauce(for the common folk) is a great sub with my own ranch and used white cheddar. The buttermilk and pickle juice brine made the chicken juicy. It really makes the end of the bite refreshing. Texas potatoes for the side.

All of Yellowbird's sauces are great, but their Blue Agave Sriracha completely converted me. I'm just glad I can find it at my local grocers.
I haven’t had any problem finding any of Yellowbird’s offerings, including the blue agave sriracha.

I realize the blue agave "sriracha" is all you can get. funny how they shoved this crap down our throats for years. Now its so hard to find? I'm ok that its gone. lol
