This is disturbing. Highly disturbing. I don't understand why Discord doesn't just immediately banhammer this. I worked as a network admin on a large IRC network, and even back 10-20 years ago, we kept on top of stuff super well, and would have put a very swift end to this.

If you sign up to this website and are like 14 years or younger, most countrys in europe would consider it child labour. (Only checked the bigger ones, but european laws are quite similar in that regard.) In most countrys you must be 15 /16 to legaly work. For family business there are some exeptions but i don't think Sidekick is one.
I say this is ilegal in europe. Over here in NL i can start a job for delivering advertising brochures and so call Door-to-door newspapers and only for a few hours per week at my 13th birth day and normal work with some limits from my 16th birth day.

Just a quick note, in my experience discord _staff_ actually are pretty helpful to deal with most of the time.
Server moderators are not employed by discord, and have no relation to Discord the company unless it's coincidental. Server moderators are the ones that can be creepy degenerates.
