These are now our favorite headphones for cycling outside, hands down! Thank you to Oladance for sending these over for us to review. Check them out here Official website store: www.oladanceshop.com/products/oladance-wearable-stereo?Two+Wheel+Cruise&KOL&Oladance Amazon store: www.amazon.com/dp/B09TXBWYRF?maas=maas_adg_5575929EF7ECBFBA3ED9D7854297C4BA_afap_abs&ref_=aa_maas&tag=maas
Everybody is different but I prefer to listen to the noise of my environment or the quiet of the country roads. Earphones are illegal in Canada and some states in the US while cycling.
Sometimes I like to do rides and just listen to the natural sounds as well. It is important to follow local laws, though often those do not apply to open ear headphones.
Great review! I've been very leery of wearing any earbuds or similar devices while mountain biking. I think I might give these a try! Keep up the great videos! Thanks!
Thanks Scott! I've never listened to music while mountain biking (limited options here), but these ones are nice since they are open ear and you can still hear everything around you.
I was just going to buy shokz openrun pros, you have just changed my mind xD, I bought them off amazon though to get them right away, sorry I didn't use your link! From Australia :)
I was reluctant to watch another product video but these actually do look legitimately good. They take the sort of shape and security of the Powerbeats Pros I’ve used for ages, and makes them more effective for cycling and probably more comfortable than having the tips in your ear canals for hours.
We really like these and use them regularly 😁 It's hard to survive on YT without doing some product reviews, but it's really nice when they are products we actually want to use.
An these be purchased in England do you know and can you just listen with one in as I like my shocks open run but sometimes use my AirPod pro as can use just one especially in the winter? Love your vlogs 😊
I do think the Sony LinkBuds S are pretty good for cycling. The key thing for in-ear earbuds is that they have to be good without having to require you to use Active Noise Canceling, because that’s truly scary. Without those, earbud passive isolation is actually worse than car shells and motorcycle helmets, so they really only give you ear protection, not noise isolation. That said, you probably also won’t hear your music very well for those very same reasons. It’s still going to be too noisy.
You should also take a look at the Sena Helmets for you and your wife. They are great for communication between riders as well. Which is great for warning those behind you about what is coming on the road.
Well, that's a coincidence, I was just going to buy some Shokz bone conducting earphones as I find in-ear buds really uncomfortable (I listen a lot to language tapes, so quality is less important that comfort). These look really interesting.
When I'm out walking I like to be aware of my soundings. But if you like to listen to music then that sounds like you have the best of both worlds it would come in handy for Messenger riders because they will be able to hear the directions from their Google maps or Navigation apps. But you will know more about that than me
Dumb idea, worse with both ears. I've never tried anything tho. Sweaty ears?? NO thanks. That toy train is hilarious. LOL. Thong looks very strong riding now.
what's the sound like when you got a really bassy song on , on max volume ? I got the shokz and they vibrate on the higher volumes which is an odd sensation does it do that ?
That was such a great review that you will have convinced quite a few viewers to order their own! Thuong’s child like reactions are so charming to watch, long may she keep that quality ! You are totally right to be cautious with still being able to hear the surrounding sounds, for it only takes a split second to be hit. Also, the weight training is definitely paying off, judging by your biceps definition !
Thank you 😀 She has some of the best reactions. The gym has been going good, but I gained a little more upper body muscle than I was hoping making the climbs here even harder 😅

Does it stop air wind noise?
Exactly. No answer. Presume doesn't work
Love your channel!!! Are you still planning on moving back to the US? Any update videos coming on this subject?
Update video on this within the next hour
I'm glad they went with USB-C charging instead of Micro USB; companies are finally using the more modern & convenient standard.
Agreed, it's a lot nicer when everything uses the same standard.
I will assume this review also applies to the indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. 😆. Take care & have a fun Easter holiday celebration.
I've never played pickleball, but I feel like sound would be very important for that so not sure I'd listen to music while playing 😆

No worries, enjoy them!

The joy is real when Trung realised there were enough earphones to go around.
Yeah, she was pumped to get her own pair so we don't have to share 😂
Haha exactly - sharing is for losers
The case does not charge the the earphones unless using USB cable
Solution for airpods.... use just 1. Job sorted
Wow! She took off for a second. She is fast.
Would love to ride with you guys on Zwift.
She's pretty strong 😁 and we're on Zwift usually at least once a week
An these be purchased in England do you know and can you just listen with one in as I like my shocks open run but sometimes use my AirPod pro as can use just one especially in the winter? Love your vlogs 😊
Yes, you can just use one if you want.
i use shokz openrun.
Might have to check these out. Ty 2wc
(Rock music also makes me feel powerful Thuong 😅)

I like listening to rock as well when I ride, especially AC/DC’s long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll 😊

£200 in the UK!
Nice, it has multipoint connection feature?
The OWS 2 has multipoint connection
hi . im always watching ur video... bike ride sometimes food.. nice places too... godbless u both... ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you 😀
Do you know where Eli Bike Guy is? Is he ok?
He's fine, we're seeing him today actually
Too pricey to ship here in Philippines. 😬
That's too bad :(

Both are really good for comfort
When will you be heading to Detroit? I’m sure your family will be excited and lots to explore in the D.
Hopefully moving there in 1 year depending on Thuong’s visa application
need/want these...mine are always falling out while I am tryna vlog lol
Yeah, these have been great and they don’t move

Same for me. I use these when I go for walks too with my audio books
One question - how do they work with wearing sunglasses? Is there any interference?
Yeah, they work with sunglasses, but it's easier to put the headphones on first and then put on your sunglasses.
Dumb idea, worse with both ears. I've never tried anything tho. Sweaty ears?? NO thanks.
That toy train is hilarious. LOL. Thong looks very strong riding now.
Using just one ear would be a safter alternative. And thanks, Thuong has improved a lot this last year 😀
what's the sound like when you got a really bassy song on , on max volume ? I got the shokz and they vibrate on the higher volumes which is an odd sensation does it do that ?
The bass sounds pretty good. It doesn't vibrate like the bone conduction headphones.
Thuong with the _moves_ 💃
Enjoyed u tub and I myself as soon as can will buy a pair so I can listen to audio books etc paul
Enjoy, they're great for audiobooks 😊
Is Thuong now called "Tunes-chan"? :)
Her Japanese name is pronounced 2-own-chan
I liked the countryside and train crossing 😀
Sometimes it's not too bad getting stopped by the train 😀
Any comments on cleaning?
I haven't had any issues. Just rinse or wipe the sweat off.
Great review!!
Thank you 😀
Always love your videos ✨✨
Thank you!!

If you’re a Cyclist’ you don’t need to listen to music!
True, but I like to listen to audiobooks or podcasts on long solo rides :)
If you're going solo on a long ride, why wouldn't you want to listen to music?
