It's been awhile since I've installed them, but if I remember correctly, there is a square or diamond shaped keeper and it's difficult to get out of the slot. I remember that I purposely bent the tip of the tweezers so it would "grab". Hopefully you got er done!
I can't pop the bearing out to save my life.

@neisenwoodtv2420 I removed the keeper but the bearing is really in there. I've tried everything, tweezers, picks, screw drivers.
