Yk when youre shredding and just in the zone, well the one time I got pulled over by a game warden I was like 16, and I was in front of the pack, and I pulled up to a intersection in the trail, and I saw a person and stupidly hit the gas and then brake drifted to a stop. Unfortunately for me it was a game warden. He was super mad and gave my dad a bunch of shit for letting me ride fast, didn't get a ticket though.

It’s because you were on the snowmobile trail which the DNR leases/gets permission from every landowner. Landowners complain and opt out which becomes a problem. Only reason they ban aftermarket pipes. Our snowmobile trail has slight variations almost every year from landowners opting out where I am in Michigan.

Just finished putting a top end and rebuilding the diamond drive on a customer's 08 Crossfire 1000. Kinda weird one would show up in my feed but it sounds great so whatever lol. Tbh, I like the sleds from 15-20yrs ago more than the newer sleds, especially for wrenching on and the price tags. Hope ya still have that beast, those Crossfire 1000's are crazy fast!

What pisses me off is all summer all you hear is Load Harleys and its ok . But they pick on us snowmobilers for the load pipes , I myself dont purposely crack the throttle in town or by houses .

My sled is a lot louder like hear me from 10 miles away but I never ride past quiet time unless I put the stock exhaust on, I live in N.Y. we have no restrictions besides on trails you need front lights light a boat and a rear rain light if in a group also speed zones near homes on the ridge runner trails

I've been ticked for driving a sled without a license on my own property. In this video you gave video proof of at least twelve snowmobile infractions, including fives traffic violations. In Minnesota you must come to a complete stop at ALL stop signs including snow machines and you must stay to the right of any upgrades in ditches unless you can't because of rivers and creeks. You got lucky that game warden just was checking you, but if they see this video, they could write you a slew of tickets. I do not have a snowmobile anymore because of that one ticket I received, back in the 80's it was a 100-dollar ticket, very expensive back then, now I have an ATV, and I just follow the law, which was granted to the DNR by the Minnesota legislature. That is a nice sled though.

You know its funny theyre are so many people doing bad things but they have to harass someone for riding a sled? Im very pro police but this shit i see with game wardens is infuriating. These guys are fn dorks with nothing to do. Shout out to real police stopping actual criminals

I had 2 Polaris 600 triples one was a 1996 xcr the other was 1997 xc the 96 pulled harder than the 97 but the 97 had a little bit different suspension set up

wish we still got snow in MA to ride sleds. It stopped about 15 years ago. We might get lucky to get 8 inches on the ground and it will be gone within a week. Back in the 90s when we had sleds, it would stay a consistent 2-3-4 feet all winter.

Hey I’m old now but when my dad bought home his first skidoo never forgets and he bought 3 more over the years means everything to me now it’s like buying a car money right so go look for the old stuff put a little money into it for the right kid could mean everything

And the whole history of snowmobiling has always to get better but now it’s been priced out of a normal person for money but along the way they made some great sleds like some really great sleds

In my mind now brand new it drives it self so you’re not driving anymore

One of the best sleds made was a f 7 right love my f1000 all I can say for ditch don’t think get much better cruising 60 get 80 insanely what more could you want

And sold the side winder still owe my f1000

My self personally like my old f1000 more than the new to me more fun to ride

So the only difference was after 80 other than that equals 800 turbo side winder my f1000 keeps up and better in some situations

Had 2015 sidewinder my f 1000 did everything it did other than top end means if you’re running at 80 plus but under or at 80 keep up no problem

And if 80 is not fast enough you’re not on a trail

Nothing like going 60 miles a hour and having lots left it’s so much fun me have a f1000 love it top end stock 100 but going 60 at cruise and instead 80 so cool fun to drive

Always wanted to find a nice f7, but it seems like everyone still wants covid prices for high mileage beat up ones.
