Aww, almost perfect....I like the foyer area at ft door....nice tiled showers. That's an interesting island with the extended piece to serve as a dining room table....now for my dislike....the laundry room off the kitchdn....cuts into cabinet space...other than that and being a bit small, it's very nice....the backyard looks bigger than inside of house...good for a retired couple or empty nester....
Very nice, but the Sq feet is getting smaller and smaller today.

yes 👍, I think that's who they are targeting. Also, consider the location being summerlin does influence the price.
Dislikes: Price, $250 HOA, No Pantry, Laundry room off of kitchen.
Love : The Backyard. But that is a hefty upgrade.
