Summerlin is expensive though with not too much of financial upside..
Summerlin has more amenities than many of the other communities in The Las Vegas Valley. That is an upside depending on your personal preference
@livinglifeinlasvegasnevada purely looking at personal preferential angles, then certainly the Summerlin is the way to go just as long as you are backed financially.. Henderson is an alternative though not an equal parallel in terms of those "amenities".
Summerlin was a really good place to invest back 12 years ago or so..
It depends on your budget and monthly payment comfortability. There are still great deals in Summerlin. It is however the community at the highest price point in the valley
@@livinglifeinlasvegasnevada not in terms of investment property aspects.. the price will drop significantly before it will rise.. Las Vegas is certainly a really good location of lien properties if you could stomach $5000 auction admission.
