My highest weight was 209 and now am 138 and 62 years old. I started losing weight with the calorie deficit and working out, but the sugar cravings NEVER left me. Once I started intermittent fasting and eliminating sugar, and most carbs, starch from my diet, that really was an amazing change in cravings and lost more weight. No really keto, but more low carb and it's been a game changer. My biggest milestone I recall when I lost most of my weight was getting out of the shower and realizing the bath towel would go all the way around me. Something so simple was a milestone for me.
I did the same. Eliminated carbs and fasting. Dropped down to 139 from 155 to get in a dress for an event. I felt great. Now the weight is back and getting ready to do it again. Low carb is the only way I can do it.
I started Mounjaro in January of 2024 after over 30 years of a weight battle. I am down 101 lbs and have probably that many more to go…. But it is a learning journey and I am grateful. It is funny the things that hit you at different times. I can sit in movie theater seats and restaurant booths now. I can walk around the mall or antique store all the time. I can teach standing up. I can drive without touching the steering wheel. I can get up from a chair without pushing or pulling. 😘 Thank you for sharing.
That awesome so happy for u doctor wrote the script but my insurance would not approve and 1000 bucks month it just not realistic I wish my insurance would cover it
I am sitting here crying along with you 🎉❤. I am so, so proud of you 👏!! I am a 73 year old woman who has been following you on YT for about 9 months. Watching you and your beautiful family is like watching a Hallmark movie for me. I know what it is like to struggle with weight issues. You are such an inspiration for all of us. I believe the reason I love your channel and videos is because you are real… the real deal and so refreshingly honest. Keep up the good, honey, and God bless you, Danny, and the children !!
God bless you 💖 You are so inspirational, strong and beautiful woman. Thank you for inspiring us to focus on our goals, work hard and enjoy the journey. You are beautiful and real 💖🥰🙏🏼👏🏽💐
I remember my first diet at 11/12 years old too. I weighed 160 pounds in 5th grade. I was bullied, laughed at and no one knew I was being physically abused at home. It’s a miracle I’m alive today. I have determined to be the best mom and make sure my kids feel so loved and cared for. You just helped heal a little bit of the 12 years old in me tonight😭Thank you for always being so real with us.
I am so sorry. No child should have to go through that. Prayers for you and I know your children know what a wonderful mother they have. You beat the odds. ❤
The term "on my own" isn't accurate. GLP1's don't work FOR you. You have to do the work as well. Eating better and weight training, drinking lots of water etc The shot alone definitely does NOT take the weight off.
You look fabulous! We are all so very, very proud of you. You are so inspiring! Thank you for sharing this, I have 25 more pounds to lose and I keep falling back. I said today is February 1st, day one for me and I had a good day. I walked, did housework, rode the bike and kept to my calorie goal. I'm going to do this!!! Have a great week! ❤
Thank you for sharing this and allowing us to be included on your journey. Everything you said was like you were describing me. And yes, I cried as well. Last October I decided to start taking my health seriously. I don't want to be skinny, been there done that. I want to be healthy! I'm down 15 lbs. My non-scale moment was when the steering wheel didn't rub my thighs! I'm 5'2" at 170. I will pray for you and thank Him for putting your story in my path. Keep up the good fight my friend! ❤
I've been a silent watcher for a long time. Thank you for sharing your weight loss journey! I'm also on a weight loss journey with my starting weight being 266 lbs as well. So far, I have lost 50 lbs since September. I had to stop my injections for 6 weeks due to having a total hysterectomy. I started my injections back up on Friday and while it hit me like a ton of bricks, I am working with my doctor to get back to where I was. Low and slow! Congratulations on the weight loss and almost making it to ONE-derland!
Kudos to you 🎉!! I just started January 14 2025 and I'm on my 3rd week. I started to get discouraged because I gained 3 pounds this week which is crazy because I'm doing the thing I did in week 1 and 2. Mounjaro week 1 2lbs lost, week 2 12lbs lost and now still in week 3 3lbs gain.
I started on zepbound after watching your success. Two and a half months later and down close to 20 lbs. Thank you for sharing your journey. It gave me courage. ❤
I just started following you today after coming across your latest Walmart video. I want you to know that as someone who had no idea about your journey, I truthfully turned the Walmart video and said to myself, "Gosh, she's so stunningly gorgeous and has great style!" I didn't even think of you as someone struggling w/weight...you just looked perfect to me!! I'm old enough to be your mom and I'm also old enough to know when I see a beautiful light radiating thru someone beautiful heart, and you have that light! You are gonna help so many other ladies out there...very inspiring! I don't even know you, but my goodness, I am so proud of you!!❤️
Tiffany - I don't usually comment on anything on UA-cam. Honestly, I avoided your weight loss videos, but I love your others because of their calming effect. I was diagnosed with diabetes in late April 2024. I would never have taken the newly successful medication that aided in weight loss because of the stigma from naysayers. But, unfortunately-fortunately, the diagnosis of diabetes sort of forced me to. I'm 56 lbs down and need to add the workouts like you discussed. I was very much like you; I was so miserable, the heaviest I've ever been, etc. Why I stopped to watch your weight update video today, I don't know, but I'm so glad that I did. I love your authenticity. You are so real and beautiful. I've thought that for the year I've watched you-beautiful on the outside-but showing your vulnerability proves to us that you are real. Beautiful inside and out! Keep feeling better and better! ...and I promise to watch the updates. 😂 Thank you for being an encouragement and a bright spot in an often dreary world. Take care.
I love you girl! You look amazing! I was at my heaviest at 275. I found out I had type 2 diabetes high blood pressure and cholesterol. I have lost 60lbs and feel so much better. It's been almost two years and I'm maintaining it! And losing slowly but I will reach my goal!
I love not just the increased confidence but seeing you so much happier, energetic, and healthier. You’re having so much fun sharing the new clothes. You should be proud and for that it is so rewarding to see! ❤
Don't apologize for crying, I am happy for you and crying with you. I am old enough to be your mom and would be proud to have you for a daughter. Keep up the good work and reward yourself with those clothes! ❤
Oh Tiffany… thank you for your willingness to share and be vulnerable. I’m not on weight loss meds currently but am on the same journey as you. It is a HARD road with plenty of potholes! You inspired me to give My Fitness Pal and meal tracking another try starting on January 9th, and I’m down 4.8 pounds so far. My motivation is for not only my own health and physical comfort but also because I have my first grandchild on the way! I’m 58 and want to be healthy and strong for him and the rest of my family. Keep going, girl! ❤
Crying right alongside you, Tiffany 😭 😭. I am someone who does not want to be on medications due to allergies and side effects (and because I want to heal my body through my own choices and habits) but I have fought weight all my life. I am now 60 and working very hard to grow old powerfully and not be sick in old age. I think that whatever method we use, we have to get healthy and strong - we all need to do it. Metabolic dysfunction is rampant in the US and I am so proud of how you have created a platform for everyone to just simply support each other! I am so very proud of you! Rooting for you with everything I have! ❤❤
I feel EVERY bit of this! You look beautiful and you are such an inspiration to me. I have watched you for about two years and I see you transforming right in front of me! I am so proud of you. I am on my own health journey , I have lost 80 lbs and have about 35 more to go. You inspire me to keep moving forward. Thank you for being real and so very honest!
Honey, there is no reason to apologize to us for your tears. Those are tears of Hardwork, perseverance ups and downs, victories, and losses, and guess what we share every one of those with you. I don’t think there is a woman on here that has not struggled with weight loss. It has been a major struggle for me. I’ve lost 36 pounds. I’m 66 years old. This is actually the best I’ve looked in years believe it or not. Everyone guesses me in my 50s. No one knows that I’m 66. When they find out they’re in shock. It’s because of the weight loss and starting to take care of myself, wearing make up again, dressing, nicer, taken care of myself. So please, we share those tears with you. We love you for being so genuine. Praying for your success God bless.
Girl... you had me crying before you even started crying. I'm not on a weight loss journey, but I'm on a mental health journey, and your videos are so encouraging. I'm so proud of you and your hard work, and I know so many of us want to feel proud of ourselves, as well, for putting in the work and seeing progress. Thank you for being so real and open because it truly helps more than you know 💜
Congratulations and thank you for posting this. I could also not lose for a long time. I felt I was doing everything right, but could not lose. I retired, and started sleeping better. After one year, I’ve lost 35 pounds. So lack of sleep can impact your weight loss. Good luck to everyone in finding the right tools to help you.
Thank you Tiffany for the shout out to all those who support, mentor and encourage your health. And special adulation to you personally Tiffany because educating yourself and spreading that seed of knowledge, is what’s key to all personal growth! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
Thank you for sharing your journey! You are an inspiration to us all. Weight loss is hard to do. I’ve been struggling with it for years. At 61, it has taken my health so now I’m taking it back. I’m down 25 pounds so far on my own journey and it feels good! Hugs to you, beautiful lady. You are a blessing!
I am morbidly obese, dieted on and off all my life. I've had great successes only to regain all that I'd lost, and more each time. I also started at the age of 12 and remember my mom measuring my food for me. I used to love walking. It made me feel so good. In 2000 I started walking as part of another weightloss journey, and along with watching what i was consuming, I was able to lose 136 pounds in 18 months, but in 2011 I slipped on black ice, fell and injured my left foot. It has never been the same, and makes walking difficult and painful, which in turn caused me to put the weight back on. I am still trying. You are an inspiration to so many. Congratulations on all your victories!
You got this. Make one small change every week or couple weeks. More water. Achieve that then maybe cut some carbs or throw some arm weights in. Achieve that then set another small goal. You keep hitting your goals and you’ll just keep going. You can do it!!!
I found out I was a diabetic and don’t take the meds, but I don’t eat sugar or carbs and walk twice a day. I have lost 50 lbs. it seems people can’t be happy for you, instead they say I am too thin. All we should care about is taking care of ourselves and what’s best for us! I am happy and proud you are doing well on your journey🙏🏻 You are 18:49 beautiful inside and out and God loves you as you are❤❤
My husband started a GLP1 in December is now down 25 pounds, he feels amazing, I’m 30 pounds overweight and thinking of getting on a GLP1 I’m also perimenopause which has caused a lot of my weight gain. Thank you for talking about this you are inspiring and love your content ❤
I am so glad I found you and watched this video. I can so relate...I remember when I was young my Grandma would lecture my mom about my weight and She would make me eat Tuna and Beans for dinner while everyone else would eat the meal she made, and I would eat it because I didn't want my mom to have to sit and listen to that... I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am now 6 months in on my GLP1 journey and am down 40 lbs. Thank you for sharing your story with us and being such a great cheerleader!!!
Thank you for sharing. I have lost 26 lbs since October using Mounjaro for Type 2 diabetes. My A1C has come down. I’ve changed my eating habits and just added regular exercise. I’m not an exerciser! My husband and I are now going to a gym. Everything you said in your video is so true. People who don’t have weight issues don’t understand what we go through. Keep up the great work and look forward to your next update!
This video has made you number 1 for me! I just love you and how genuine you are! You truly, truly care!! I am crying right along with you! My first diet was at 14 for me and doing it when I had a twin sister who was naturally trim and so very beautiful! The comparisons were devastating at times. Thank you, Tiffany!
My wish for you is to know what a bright light you are for so many. Whether it’s home making, cooking, or being so honest and raw about your weight loss journey, you are loved, respected and the woman across the room. We love you! ❤
thank you for being so honest. I am in the same category with you and doing glp1 Terzepatide. These peptides are a miracle for those of us who have struggled for so long with the effects of obesity. Childhood trauma & weight issues are a real thing. This is a great tool. And the truth is, my husband and I have begun walking everyday together and enjoying it! I see the most progress when I start moving. I support you every step of the way. Go girl! You are beautiful
I absolutely love how real you are. Thank you. I too have struggled with my weight all my whole life. I had lost a huge amount and then went through menopause. I then started gaining it all back, nothing I was doing would help me loose the weight: working out, changing my diet, nothing. So discouraging. After having my doctor run every blood test available and everything looked good, thank God. I decided to talk to her about weight loss medication. I started Wegovy in October of 2023 and I have now lost 60 pounds. I feel wonderful with my progress and I do not regret this journey. Thank you again and BTW, you look absolutely gorgeous.
Congratulations Tiffany, that’s amazing and you have every right to be proud and emotional if that’s how you’re feeling. You are so right about you doing the real work and it shows. Keep doing what you’re doing and know you have so many people cheering you on
Oh my 😢 I am crying with you. Just found you as I am waiting to be approved for Monjaro. I am looking forward to looking back on your journey. I too have been overweight since I was around 10 years old. I have gained and lost numerous times through my life and now at the ago of 73 I realize I am running out of time. You are so pretty and the picture of health, love from Scotland, Jean xx❤
You’re such an inspiration! I am going to my doctor the first of Feb to talk about and be prescribed a GLP1 and I’m very excited to start that journey. I’m 66, Charlotte, and I’m just getting started on this journey. I’ve not seen the 100s since I was in my 20s. I can totally relate to everything you said, and I’m getting teary eyed as well. Thank you for these videos…it’s so nice to know I’m not alone. You’re looking fabulous and I am so happy for you! ❤️
I thought that these meds where bad, but seeing people struggling so much to loose weight and you sharing has shown me that it is needed to help people get to a point where they can hopefully do it on there own and if they can’t maybe it works to stay on the meds. Thank you for sharing and helping so many people. I’m so happy for you and congratulations! ❤️🙏🏻
Hi Tiffany, I usually don’t make comments but I wanted to hop on here and tell you how proud I am of you!!! I am on the same weight loss program as you and it will be a year in March. I am 72 years old and have had weight issues for about the last 30 years. I am 5’ 10 and my highest weight was 279. As of today, I am down 62 lbs. I feel amazing! I have heart disease so getting the weight off has been great for my heart. So I just wanted you to know what an inspiration you have been to so many!! You’re a rock star and you look absolutely amazing!!! Keep up the good work!! You WILL hit that 100lb goal before you know it!!!❤❤
You're so beautiful inside and out! Losing the weight will be life changing in so many ways. I lost 160 lbs after topping out at 303 lbs with a gastric bypass 12 years ago. It's the best thing I ever did. You got this!
Tiffany, I am on a “better health” journey myself. I say better health because I have been struggling with weight since my 20’s (I am 67) and it has been a huge struggle. I always say that I am a lifetime member of WW and never met goal. 14 months ago my doctor put me on Ozempic because my A1C was 6.5. Some people may say…well that’s not that bad. But, it was bad because it was constantly going up. My A1C is close to normal now and I have lost 52 lbs. You have been so successful with your journey and it is motivating for others. I was crying with you and you should never feel like you have to apologize. Congratulations to you for your success!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
On a GLP-1 weight loss journey since July 2024. I’ve been a long time subscriber, and am so happy for you that you are finding success in your journey. You look amazing, and are inspiring so many others! Proud of you!!!
I’ve been on Oz for 6 months and have only managed to lose 13lbs. Being honest w/you I was not putting in the work. You have motivated me with this video. Thank you and congratulations on your journey to a healthier you! 🎉
You’re just the best Tiff. Feels like you’re my BFF I just never get to talk to. I’m a crier as well, it’s how I express every emotion. I am post menopause and struggling with the weight that comes with it. Thank you for this entire series.
You are so sweet! I relate to you so so much. Everything you’re saying about how you feel about weight loss. The struggle, the judgement, the failures in the past. All of it. GLP-1 has helped me more than anything ever has and I will tell anyone who criticizes to shut it! lol I started in June 2024 (222) and I’m now down 52 pounds (170). I feel like myself again. I’m feeling like I got the old me back a little bit. And I did it for me and no one else! Because you’re right the only one who can is you. Support is great but in the end we make the effort and the choices. You are a beautiful soul. I am so grateful to have found your channel and few months back. I love decor and my daughter’s name is Charlotte so your channel caught my attention. Little did I know we’d also be on the same GLP-1 journey! I’m also a huge Disney fan. Got a trip planned next month and look forward to it being an easier time getting around. Again! Ty for sharing real feelings and your journey! Congratulations! You’re doing amazing! ❤
Thank you for sharing your personal struggles with us, you are really motivational because your so real, without over sharing. I too go through different stages, I'm 57 and I had my second child at 40 yrs old, and got gestational diabetes and kept it since, I've gone through a roller coaster there's years I am motivated and work out daily others I really struggle, like now, I really need motivation to stay active, which is the one thing that keeps my numbers under control and I can't afford to stop. So I follow you because you keep me motivated and give me hope when I really need it. I too have a wonderful family and work at our school district, a demanding job, but I love it, and I need to stay healthy so that I can keep enjoying both those two blessings in my life. So, thank you for helping me with that! You look great, not that you ever didn't, but now you can see your inner beauty even more, your eyes are glowing and that is way better than makeup!
Thank you for sharing with us, so heartfelt and supportive. I'm new here, 3 weeks in and needed to hear some encouragement. Am working at it and hope I can have some success too. Thanks for your positivity!
I love you & your channel. You are so inspirational and motivating to me as a fellow curvy girl. I had lost 50 lbs on mounjaro & had to stop for total knee replacement. Listening to your encouragement, I recently started back & have lost 35 more. Cry the tears, love yourself & keep sharing your journey as I'm right there with you! ❤
Tiffany, I want to give you a big hug!! You are doing it girl. I'm with you. Weight has always been a struggle for me, and I did in fact get put on my first diet by my 5th grade elementary school nurse. I have vivid memories of starting an unhealthy obsession with my weight at that point and lost 30lbs between leaving elementary school and starting middle school. Such an unhealthy place to be for a young girl at such an impressionable age. Thankfully over the years I've become very comfortable in my skin and weight doesn't control me anymore. But the food noise is hard, and something that is a constant struggle. Peri is also not kind, and making things a bit harder. I've developed unrelenting heartburn and I'm certain that its due to hormones, but also losing some weight could help. While I'm afraid of the glp1 meds at this point, I applaud anyone who is willing to take hold of their weight. Its so important to work on our health. I'm trying in my own way as well. Love the cardi's and just ordered 2, along with the other adorable peplum top and pj's you showed the other day. We have the very same taste in clothes and style and I know if we lived closer we could be great friends. Your doing great!!🫂💗
You got this. I’m going to be 50 next month and perimenopause is not kind. About 2yrs ago I knew I needed to make changes. I started one step at a time and feel like chipping away at one accomplishment at a time was so encouraging to me. Drink more water. Pop only once a week. Walk down the hall at work to use restroom. Walk to get 5k steps a day. (Keep increasing). 14/10 intermittent fasting. Cut back on carbs. Baby steps. You got this.
Congratulations!! I have been on mounjaro for 13 months and I am down 65lbs! One of the best decisions I ever made was starting this journey! I was so excited when I saw your video announcing you were on a GLP1. It was so nice to have someone on this journey with me even if we don't know each other, lol. I am at my goal weight and in maintenance but I'm excited to continue to watch your journey!!
You and your videos have been a huge inspiration for me! Thank you for being so open and honest about your journey! It really helps to hear that someone else is going through the same things that I have been through while trying to lose weight since I was young. I am so happy for you!😊
I applaud you for sharing your experience! You are an inspiration. Also happy to hear you are protecting and building your body’s muscle mass. It’s easy and dangerous to loose muscle during weight loss.
Big hugs and high fives! You made me teary! I was inspired by you to start my journey and I am down 13 pounds since December 10th. Bless your heart, I mean that literally! Thank you for sharing your story and heart and being transparent and vulnerable. I am cheering you on!!!
I am on my 3rd week of Mounjaro, am 69 yrs old. Please wish me luck since I am just starting my journey. I feel so blessed to have heard your story. God Bless you ❤️
Love that you showed your emotions here! I’m a massive cryer as well and it just means you care!!! Never be sorry!!! Keep up the good work, not only with your great videos and your weight loss journey, but also with the very apparent awesome job you’re doing being a loving wife and mother! 🤗
Tiffany, I started my journey first week in January! Down 6 pounds!! I’m so proud of you!! ❤ You are amazing!! I have been watching for years!!! Thanks for all you do!!
I am so proud of you. I love not only the determination that you have, but also the appreciation you have as you see the progress. You have inspired me more times than you know and been a light to me in some of my darker days-so thank you ♥️
Tiffany, I am so proud of you! I’ve been watching your UA-cam for a couple of years now, but I so can relate to your weight loss journey. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am 67 years old and I’m still struggling and I even had weight loss surgery, but something you said really hit home in a deep Issues that we bring with us through life. I think it does affect this or hardly. congratulations I’m proud of you. Keep the good work up. Thanks for your motivation.
You are absolutely beautiful! I've been watching you on and off before the weight loss journey. I love the videos with you and hubby too❤ Congratulations 🎉
I am so very proud of you and your progress. I have watched it and it seems to have gone by very fast. You are a beautiful person inside and out. You have the prettiest skin. Keep up the great work. You will get there!!!
I am truly amazed at your success and so very happy for you! I started Wegovy in August. Weight loss has been slow but I’m down 19 lbs. my first goal is 22 lbs because then insurance will cover my hip replacement. In the meanwhile, my back is so out of alignment I can’t walk for more than 10 minutes without pain, numbness, and tingling. Because of all this, it was decided that I should not babysit my granbabies since that too causes me so much pain. I feel like I’ve failed myself for getting into this mess. So, I enjoy your channel as I get so much inspiration from you - thank you for being you and sharing it with us strangers! ❤❤❤
You’re my Hero Tiffany ( seriously) . I’m so proud of you . ♥️ I’m 62 yrs. old & weigh 284 lbs I don’t have a Dr. but I asked the Gynecologist I saw if he could please consider writing me a script for any type of weight loss medicine & he said No . I came home and cried for days . I feel defeated . I explained how my obesity has put me on high B.P. meds & acid reflux , GERD along with a general fear for my health and he or his staff could of cared less . They said contact a weight loss facility or someone else ( which I can’t I’m not insured just self pay )
Tiffany 🩵You are an inspiration to all of us who struggle with our weight & food addiction. Your transparency & authentic conversation with us was truly appreciated. Thank you 🤍 I love your heart. I am so grateful to find your channel & being part of this beautiful UA-cam family 😊
Congratulations on your success and thanks so much for sharing!! I can totally relate to your frustration of weight management…it has always been part of my life since junior high and has never gotten easier with age. Love that you are creating a community here and prayers for everyone who is on this journey too. ❤🙏
Tiffany, you are precious and thank you for sharing your journey. I have been on a weight loss journey for two year and down 91 lbs. I have always enjoyed you channel but your video today just made me feel such a connection. I needed to hear what you said today! ❤
Congrats....great job,you are encouraging to me,,,I went to my doctor on Monday and asked her about the shots....she informed me that my insurance would not cover it ,I m 66 years old and am on social security a retired nurse , have struggled since I was 16, and I've tried everything ,it is a shame that insurance can stop people from getting help with obesity that could cause more serious problems, I am so tired of this struggle.. but I am so proud of you ,you look amazing ...❤
You are an inspiration to me. I’m starting my journey over again and you inspire me to stick with it this time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being real and vulnerable and sharing your journey. ❤
I haven’t had a chance to watch many of your Sunday reset videos, but I did today. I noticed your weightless and came and found this video. Congratulations on your healthy journey; so happy for you!
Oh, Girl…don’t EVER say you’re sorry for being emotional. I came upon your video and watched your whole video and quickly became a follower of yours. Thank you SO much for sharing. And CONGRATS on your weight loss journey. You are truly an inspiration. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to watch more of your videos. 😊
I am right there with you Tiffany! It is an extremely tough road and I have also struggled with my weight all my life. I am 50 years old and I have been on the same roller coaster ride, where I lose then gain it all back. I will be starting Zepbound 10mg tomorrow and it’s been life changing! I started at 207 pounds in September of 2024 and I am 5’4. I am now at 172. You are doing so good and I love your channel! You look amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your journey 💕💕💕
Love your authenticity and vulnerability! You are the reason I decided to try the WalkFit app back in September. I’ve used it everyday since and have focused on eating in a calorie deficit. I’m down 17 pounds and feeling good with 20-25 more to go. Keep up the great work!
Tiffany I love you for being you! I’m proud of how far you have come in your weight loss journey. I don’t think you realize how much of an inspiration you are to so many of us. You are a beautiful person inside and out and it shows on your videos. Thank you for always being true. You go girl!! Much love and hugs.
I am so proud of you! I have been cheering you on since your first attempt at weight loss. I remember how much you struggled. Now you are doing it!!! You are doing so amazing. Your confidence in your videos is showing more, and you are glowing. Keep up the great work!
Congratulations ! To inspire me as well! I too have been over weight for years! I as well had six kids and I nerve could loss the weight! You are truly helpful and amazing ! I to am a very emotional person won’t have to apologize for being true to yourself! God bless you! ❤
Hi Tiffany, congratulations on your weight loss ❤I’m exactly like you: on a weight loss journey, wanting to weigh in the 100’s and will do it. I’m closed to being in the 100’s too like you and we can do it! Thanks for sharing ❤
Wow you have me in tears,,, I so feel you. I struggle everyday to make changes in my life. Hope I have the success that you have. Thanks so much and I'm waiting for my AFTER!
I love these updates! I’ve been following you since the fall. You encouraged me to talk to mh doctor, I’m close to your starting weight and have struggled for years and years. Insurance denied medication and I can’t afford it out of pocket. It’s so frustrating.
Thank you again for another amazing video. You have really helped me feel better about myself and my own personal health journey I am currently on. You have helped take some of the sting out of what I am going through and also helped me heal (being kinder to myself especially) with my health journey. You have helped me more than you will ever know and I am very grateful for your videos and for being so vulnerable. 💖 Also, CONGRATULATIONS on your milestone for your health journey! It is not easy and I am so happy to see you happier and healthier! WAY TO GO!! 🎉🎉🎉
Congratulations Tiffany. You have worked so hard and it shows. I’m on my 3rd week of Tirzepitide and even though it’s easier to make better choices it still is work. Thanks for being such an inspiration. And yes your make up is on point. Absolutely gorgeous ❤
I watch you all the time. Watching your weight loss journey is giving inspiration. I had the weight loss sleeve, and it was the best thing that I had done. I have lost 32 lbs and feel great.
Keto is the only way I can lose weight and I have to be strict with it. I’m also down 60 labs since April 2024! Whoo hooo!
Congratulations 🎉
That’s so amazing congratulations
Great for you 👍 😊
That’s amazing! Congratulations!! ❤
Way to go!
Congratulations! Weight loss is so hard. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover these meds but I've managed to lose 40 lbs on my own!!
The term "on my own" isn't accurate. GLP1's don't work FOR you. You have to do the work as well. Eating better and weight training, drinking lots of water etc
The shot alone definitely does NOT take the weight off.
@terriny1040 sure thing
@@sandynolan5732 congratulations
You can get a compounded version that’s very affordable if your insurance doesn’t cover
@@JessicaCabralMuchowHow do I get this? Or where?
I have been on Zepbound since Jan 2023, I’m down 108 from size 20 to a 10. I am crying with you.
Congratulations!! ❤
Congrats 💥
I just started following you today after coming across your latest Walmart video. I want you to know that as someone who had no idea about your journey, I truthfully turned the Walmart video and said to myself, "Gosh, she's so stunningly gorgeous and has great style!" I didn't even think of you as someone struggling w/weight...you just looked perfect to me!! I'm old enough to be your mom and I'm also old enough to know when I see a beautiful light radiating thru someone beautiful heart, and you have that light! You are gonna help so many other ladies out there...very inspiring! I don't even know you, but my goodness, I am so proud of you!!❤️
Can you here all of us cheering for you? So proud of you!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tiffany - I don't usually comment on anything on UA-cam.
AMAZING!
Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
So happy and proud for you! I started Mounjaro a year ago as I was diagnosed with diabetes. Down 73 pounds and feel amazing. I feel your emotion ❤
Amazing progress and fantastic progress!!
You are such an inspiration. We are so proud of you and are glad you have brought us along on your amazing journey.
You WILL hit that 100lb goal before you know it!!!❤❤
Keep up the good work. You have every reason to be proud! Keep loving yourself and you’ll definitely be in the ones for Disney!
Awesome!!! Good for you!!!
You're so beautiful inside and out! Losing the weight will be life changing in so many ways. I lost 160 lbs after topping out at 303 lbs with a gastric bypass 12 years ago. It's the best thing I ever did. You got this!
WooHoo! CONGRATULATIONS! That is great news! Thank you for sharing your victory!
Thank you for bearing your heart! ❤ I needed to hear this. Have been so afraid to start Zepbound.
Menopause has been so rough on me plus my thyroid has been out of whack. The weight just piled on in the blink of an eye.
Same!
I started Weight Watchers two weeks ago, and I'm down 7 pounds. You are an inspiration to me.
Thank you for being so real and honest!! Because of you, I started on Zepbound 1/3/25. I’m down 12.4 lbs. You are my inspiration!❤
Steph, I think we need to meet up this summer!!!
I watched this last night as I was trying to fall asleep. I cried with you. And, I fell asleep feeling so happy for you! God bless you, Tiffany 🩷
Good for you! I just had my 2nd injection and I’m so motivated to finally get into shape. I look forward to watching your progress.
God Bless you ❤️
Congrats! Keep it up- you are an inspiration in more way than one!
So happy I found your channel. I don't feel so alone. You inspire me in so many ways.
Way to go!! I started mine January as well. I’m down 5lbs but we’re titrating my dose slowly and I know this journey is only going to get better!! 🥰
Keep going, you're doing wonderfully!! Thank you for sharing this with us, it's very inspiring!
Beautiful Beautiful person....thank you so much for this!!
Thank you for sharing your story in such a direct and honest way. I really needed to see this and appreciate you!
You are absolutely beautiful! I've been watching you on and off before the weight loss journey. I love the videos with you and hubby too❤ Congratulations 🎉
Sooooo proud of you!! You are an inspiration. I’ll be 45 next month & you encouraged me to try GLP1. I’ve lost 25 pounds.
Thank you for sharing your journey. You are very inspiring and so genuine. ❤️
You got this!! You are beautiful inside and out!!

Also, CONGRATULATIONS on your milestone for your health journey! It is not easy and I am so happy to see you happier and healthier! WAY TO GO!! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for being such an inspiration. You are a rockstar Tiffany. ❤
Congratulations Tiffany!!!
Congratulations Tiffany. You have worked so hard and it shows. I’m on my 3rd week of Tirzepitide and even though it’s easier to make better choices it still is work. Thanks for being such an inspiration. And yes your make up is on point. Absolutely gorgeous ❤
I’m so proud of you Tiffany. Thank you for being so open and willing to share your journey. You also motivate me!❤
I watch you all the time. Watching your weight loss journey is giving inspiration. I had the weight loss sleeve, and it was the best thing that I had done. I have lost 32 lbs and feel great.
God Bless You Tiffany! I can so relate to everything that you have gone thru
