If your colleagues complaint is accurate in regards to what Her daughter is alledging.. (and reading/listening to so many, other verbal/written grievances I wouldnt be suprised if a 1st class action civil lawsuit is filed. Listen. If, the daughter is still, questioning Her mothers employer.. Then, She needs a new representation! She should NOT interact. If anything, She should've immediately, gotten Her mothers records;(because they'll alter them. Allegedly.
FYI: If what Youre stating, is true??!😮 NEXT time it happens, ALLOW them to reprimand you "for those reasons." Hire an attorney but, do NOT seek employment there, again. As for, The Daughter... It would No Longer, be General Hospital. I'd name it after, My Mother!😉
Sorry, for the write up. Only want to help.🙏🏾❤️

Teaching moment for Everyone, but mainly people who work in the Healthcare Industry: This is what Black Women mean when many of us say we are unheard and our pains are ignored by Doctors, Nurses, etc. To hear that she actually worked at a “hospital” and was ignored, ignored “her request” to call 911, & no one called until she passed out. This is so sad. They are all responsible for her life that could have been saved. They should be fired and charged. The hospital should be handed over or shut down!

Sounds like they don’t call 911 since they are already in the hospital, we call a code 250, not sure what it is there, but the lady should be able to get a record of that to find out what happened to her mom. Try the house supervisor. Also to anyone that feels bad at work. Don’t wait for anyone to tell you, you can go, some of this stuff is preventable if treated in time. 🙏🏿 hope she gets some answers and some justice.

Something similar happened at my job a few years back...a night nurse came in for her shift on my off day, called on call and told them that she wasn't feeling well and needed to go to the er but they told her that no one could relieve her. That wasn't true! The corporate RN was on call but she didn't want to work. The nurse then called her daughter and told her that she wasn't feeling well. Patients and coworkers were saying that the night nurse was passing medications, rolling around in a chair! She then was on the floor having a "seuzure." It was a heart attack and she died. Coworkers said that she was scared of calling off in fear of getting fired. That nurse literally gave her life for her job. If she had just called off and went to the er she may have been alive today. These ppl dont care!!! On top of that, when she died on the floor management still wouldn't come in!

Employers are sorry. I have learned my lessons w them doing stuff like when I am ill at work for them to say I can't leave but can leave early...uh no. Now if she had missed many days they should have required her have doctor notice to justify or whatever. I be damned I am sick and not going in or get ill and I need to go, I am not asking, I'm telling them I'm leaving.

How tf do you die where everyone should at the very minimum, know CPR!!! I am curious to know what her toxicology report says. I am still at the beginning of the video tho smh. This is why I tell my children do not put your blood sweat and tears into anyone else’s business! Work for someone while building your own. If I knew this 20 years ago baby I would have never did corporate the way I did them. Yes you can do your job very well while still standing your ground. You will always be just a number …. The number that take your takes every pay. That is it and that is all. Be real careful sisters and brothers . 😢

Years ago, I was working in the hospital as a housekeeper and one afternoon my arm was really hurting me. I went to my supervisor and I said my arm hurts. I said I’m going to the hospital. He didn’t say nothing. He told me to go to the hospital I had infection in my blood. I was in the hospital for three days until this day they don’t know where it came from so if you don’t feel good, whether you’re supervisor or boss tell u cannot go leave anyway, they can fire you sorry for your loss

Condolences to her and her family. Her mom was so beautiful… seems like she had some health conditions but could be they were not adhering to labor and health restrictions … but you know instead of stressing oneself out even more during this devastating time… just wait on the autopsy.. and then go from there … could have been natural. She seems like such a fun and beautiful soul. May she rest in peace 🕊️
