I think his ability of super saiyan steroids (being a legendary and all) and basic instinct. He didnt fight smart he just kept meeting them at their power level and getting stronger. More of a saiyan instinct than actual intelligence.

Although you did a reasonably well job with this list, I would put Zamasu's intelligence above even Beerus. He actually had a secret, intricate villainous plan that succeeded, unlike most villains. He questioned the existence of mortals in comparison to gods and devised an elaborate way to eradicate them. I'm pretty sure that killing all the gods in other universes takes genius level of intelligence. Had it not been for Zeno which he never could've expected, Zamasu would've won with no chance of stopping him, then infiltrating several timelines.
