Correct me if I am wrong, because I often am, but aren’t the ratios similar between the price of an average vehicle and the maintenance costs versus that of the Bugatti? Purchase price for a Bugatti is about 2mil. The oil change would be 1.25% of that. A 100k heavy duty has an oil change of about $200 which equates to 2% or an average 50k vehicle with a $100 oil change is about the same.
Rims it depends on if the 50k is for all four or just one. If just one, that means the four is about 10% of the purchase price. If for all four, that is 2%. Rims for my 2017 3500 were 5% of purchase price.
If I were a billionaire who could afford three Bugattis, 100k/yr seems like a drop in the bucket. How much is he driving each one to need new tires each year?
The sixteen oil plugs sounds like Bugatti wants to make sure only Bugatti certified techs and work on them.

exactly. that's bugatti's way of earning more. since bugatti "recommends" it, if the owner doesn't do so, the service records won't be absolutely perfect, and that would hurt the resale value of the car. therefore, the owners would have to do it.
