Found this video while looking for short videos to share with my students in a homeschool co-op marine biology class that I teach. This week's lesson is all about our very own Salish Sea. I love the similarities between the Salish Sea and a windblown tree. Thank you for putting this video together. We sure do live in a beautiful part of the country and I love co-existing with such amazing creatures around us.
thank you Rachel. I am delighted that you find the movie useful for your class. That was my hope when I made the movie - that a tree might be a helpful way to tell the story of how the Salish Sea works.
Love your videos found you by accident looking for fishing areas in howe sound now I'm hooked and subscribed thank you for showing the world our beautiful natural region
Found Bob's channel by chance and really enjoyed watching it. The geography and the nature of the West Coast of BC are really world class and are yet to be discovered by many people who live here all their lives and are unaware of the fascinating things that exist right in their backyard. The video and the editing are great - it's like watching Discovery channel. Thank you for sharing your experiences with everyone!

Beautiful!
Love this Bob. Such a great way to illustrate how the Salish Sea is so important and the beautiful ending is a moving homage to the life it contains.
