This is great! My grocery store didn’t have 90/10 ground pork but had 80/20. So I used that with 99/1 ground turkey and it worked perfectly.

Video suggestion. Make a video about all the required kitchen tools you use or recommend. You can rank them into categories like must-have or nice-to-have etc. Pots, pans, appliances, containers, utensils etc.

      - Decent chef knife
      - Cutting board
      - 14” Skillet (Stainless steel or cast iron)
      - Sauce pan
      - Stock pot
      - Spoons / Spatulas
This, plus a few minor things I’m sure I missed, should be enough to get you started in the kitchen.
      - Air fryer… that’s a must have for me 😅

Josh I think you are going to be personally responsible for me getting my eating back onto a healthy track via your meal preps. Honestly I can legitimately blame the pandemmic for me not having been in the gym since 2020 but realistically the last 2 years have been due to my own laziness. Which i'm also going to blame on the pandemmic because if there is one thing the younger generations have taught me it is that it is perfectly acceptable to deny all accountability for any actions, choices, problems, wardrobe malfunctions, sun spots, Ted Danson, etc. so starting here in another week after getting some ingredients together the low-ish calorie meal preps are going to start. Meal prepping about 7-8 years ago had me 45 pounds lighter, able to run 5 miles without without a care, and feeling better than I had since I was back in high school. You're saving me, man. Or at least giving me some of the knowledge tools and inspiration to save myself. Cheers from a fellow Texan.
